So I bought the Super Formula in preparation for the new F1 cars being revealed so I can replicate any awesome liveries and took it to Suzuka to do the WTC800 race and noticed a wee detail. It’s likely been noticed and mentioned before, but as the race progresses the tyres show actual degradation. I don’t remember this level of detail in Sport??

He didn’t say that. He said they are monthly by a coincidence, and that’s also the pattern we have been seeing. The longer this pattern stays intact, the more reliable it becomes.

Not if it isn't intentional it doesn't. If someone tells you that the pattern that you're seeing it purely by coincidence, you should know not to put much faith in that pattern regardless of how long it's been going on.

That's what it means to be a coincidental pattern - if I flip a coin randomly I might get five heads in a row. But just because I got five in a row doesn't mean that it's highly likely to be a head next flip too. Just because the patches that Polyphony has been working on so far have taken them roughly a month to complete and push, doesn't mean that every patch will if they're not working to a particular schedule.

Literally look at GTS/GT7 updates. THEY COME EVERY MONTH. How the hell can you be that pathetic as a game developer it's quite insane

I got another 6 star parts ticket yesterday after doing a week of not logging in. Last week, 6 star engine ticket. A month ago, another 6 star engine ticket. It's dumb but whenever I log on when I feel like it (even then just to do the daily mileage), the game gave me a good ticket lol

A 6 star parts ticket just gives you more junk. I'd rather an actual 6-star that gives me 500k because I can at least use that however I like. Kind of wish they would remove the 6-star parts and engine tickets from being won from daily mileage but that's just me I suppose.

That would solve the problem. I wouldn't be calling it junk if I could sell it. As it stands even for engine tickets it often gives me an engine for a car I don't have or don't want to do a swap on.

Why, oh why can't we open doors / trunks / hoods, as well as rev the engine manually in the Garage? There is no fun in this game at all. And yes, I'm still here because clearly I like suffering.

That would be a expensive depressant. AS GT7 as microtransaction simulator.

As longer as I play GT7, i have the feeling it's a beta and the publisher makes jokes about us.

No one can explain me, 9 years!! after GT6, we only can get that what we now have...

I have 153 engines for the Mazda 787B with a recommended retail price of 1.1m. Even if the sale price was only half that it would finally solve my money problems and allow me to buy all the remaining cars I need for a full collection. Which is precisely why I'm expecting PD not to implement such a feature anytime soon

I just wish we could change the garage background. That dark grey void gets really boring after a while, especially with the same 8 camera angles. And yes, a Forzavista-style mode on top of that would be excellent.

Another feature from GT Sport that is absent in 7. I can't understand why PD removed it as the work was already done... they had the meshes and textures and all that made for those three scenes.

Very interesting choice PD made to literally prevent you from seeing the right hand side of your car in the garage.
