The Vette will most certainly be in the Legendary dealer
hagerty site for '58 C1. There are various entries there and their prices are in between 75k and little above 100k. Might go to the ucd.

Also googled maserati mc20 price.
There is a coupe version at 217k and a cielo version at 250k. Feels way too cheap

Agree. Many of GT7 rims lean toward modern sports/racing wheels, and there aren't many suitable wheels for vintage and retro cars.
Also, there aren't many rims with today's trendy designs like rotiform's turbofan, so I feel a little unsatisfactory when I want to make a car that looks good like a show car.

There was a glitch in the previous version showing thumbnails of AI cars with aftermarket rims that didn't appear in the game, but this is more than just a remnant of cut content, I hope it meant they planned to add more rims in the future.
Lack of centerlock wheels is also an issue for me, especially since I consider putting lug nut wheels to cars (especially race cars) with center locks as a sacrilegious act. In fact, there is only one new centerlock rim added to the game, the Rays RW-GT3.

Well at least I can have all the four cars (apart the Corolla) ;)

I've got a Google Sheets version of the Kerfuffle somewhere, built for GT Sport so all the cars will still be in it, if you want to give it a try.

You basically need to enter the players' names and a starter car for each (they're numbered), then put in the total race time at the end of the race. It then decides what everyone's next car should be - and keeps track across eight races (and does all the scoring too).

Takes three or four races to get its eye in, but everyone's pretty clustered after that bar the occasional crash.
Oh yeah sure, every little helps.

We've been using a spreadsheet from the gtinfo site that has the stock BoP values for every car with every tyre, and grabbing combos that fall into a specific pp range and then randomly assigning them. It's pretty manual but it does the job. Definitely no fancy formula going on.

GT7 goes closer to the concours prices I reckon, maybe 180,000 for the C1? For the MC20 I suppose it'll depend on the options list but almost certainly under 300k. Meanwhile, down under, the MC20 starts at $467,000!

GT Credits are based on USD not ¥/100 now, right? Or a bit of a mix?

Still expecting 500k ingame for the mc20

I know used, legend and updated GT3 cars have inflated prices, but surely they wouldn't price the MC20 higher than the F8 just because it arrived in an update, right?
I'd put it around the 200K to 300K range, even if some automotive outlets insist on calling it a spiritual successor to the MC12.

Way I see it, '58 Corvettes are probably not as valuable as the '63 Split Window with the highest level engine option and gearbox which is in GT7. And that car is roughly 230k in the game correct?

They made over 9000 C1s in '58 and the following two model years are basically the same body and engines, so they're not rare enough to be that expensive or unique amongst C1s. The C2 is more valuable because the '63s are the only split windows so I imagine this C1 will cost slightly less. I imagine around 180k like the real Hagerty valuation suggests.

As for the MC20 I imagine it'll cost what a real one costs which is about 240k with options. the newest cars in brand central don't really inflate in price because they aren't old enough to be considered classics in the same manner a car like the Enzo Ferrari or the Carrera GT is. Others like the then contemporary SLR McLaren reflect similar interest in terms of market value over the years as SLRs are still more or less worth the 600k they were worth in previous GTs, while the V8 Ford GT being around 500k reflects its real current value as they're becoming valuable.

I'm surprised how realistically inconsistent the car market is in GT7. Its funny to ponder because the car market really is this goofy. a 911 GT3 is cheaper than a Skyline GT-R from 21 years ago.

As we enter the weekend we officially enter "which of Sony´s social media teams will accidently leak the trailer for the next update early" time.

Oddly excited about this one. Mainly because I really, REALLY hope for a new track and I feel like this hope is justified.

No new track is honestly baffling.

Huge bummer.

Did we know about the Nissan GTR before?
The GTR is already in the game, it's just a new livery. We didn't know about it though.

Update information, by the way:

Fire station scapes, we may actually see a firetruck in the future?

Withholding thoughts on the actual update until we get the full patch notes as ever.

However, in less important comments, I didn't enjoy the trailer putting ambulance sirens over fast-paced violin music, I found that oddly unpleasant to listen to.

No track still? Maybe "late September", when the GR Corolla and Himedic are due to be unlocked. That may mean the next update will be ~52 days after this one unfortunately, a big gap like January.

In other news, Kaz went back to Ronda, great to see it acknowledged again.

Does this mean a Circuito de la Sierra 9th Anniversary return? Almost certainly not, because if GT7 celebrated anniversaries we'd have Pikes Peak on its 100th running or the Nike ONE 2022 in its birthyear.

Edit: Circuito Ascari is very nearby too, I forgot.
