Any more info about lobbies? This topic concerns me most considering how silent they have been about it. I just want what we had in GT5 and GT6.

I'm wondering if I need to perform another firmware update so GT7 can work with my Thrustmaster T300RS on a PS4 Pro or will it even be compatible at all.

It will be compatible. It's always best to be on the latest firmware but it's not essential unless you're changing the steering wheel or pedals to a newly released item like the SF1000 or TLCM's.

From what I’ve seen it’s a copy of GTS lobby settings with some additions from GT6, like PP limit, tuning prohibition (tuning - not car setups) and so on.

Out of all people that received a review copy, this guy was the one I wanted to hear impressions from. Sadly he didn’t get a copy. And as he correctly points out: almost nobody is talking about physics, force feedback and so on…

I'd recommended watching Jimmy Broadbent's stream tomorrow, he tends to talk a lot about physics in quite a bit of detail.

Yes, noticed this with the guy streaming. After the race the exhaust cooling popping sounds can be heard.

In GT6 we had the option of disabling or enabling the mic chat which was really handy when hosting an open lobby room. Text chat was also pretty good for this. You could also mute the mouth breathers. More options is the answer, not less.

I think this is more likely to be because in almost every review they have all the assists ON and are not smooth on the controller...
