Went to start GT7 and it wants me to buy it. I forgot I bought it on one of my other accounts and of course it didn’t transfer. So now I have to transfer the other accounts to avoid paying $70.
You don't need to transfer anything just log in with the account that owns GT7 then check that "console sharing and offline play" is enabled for that account. You can find this in settings , users and accounts -> other. Then switch back to the account you want to play GT7 on and you should be good.

Well it took much of the evening but I finally reconfigured my set up. The pro is now dedicated to my driving rig…

And the og ps5 remains on the home theater system.

Now my daughter can game at the same time I’m driving. I even have a secondary cockpit and I was trying to talk her into 2 player races across the two consoles but she’s not interested.

She’d rather shoot monster, aliens or militia in fps. What do ya do?

For the fastest data transfer between PS5's use the lan cable , much faster than via Wifi
i have wifi 6E with ps5 pro only, other wireless devices switched off and iperf3 shows 1gbit average, still it took me about 5 hours for the data transfer, a frustrating experience.

I should have used the cable.

Are you able to move the games with the exppansion slot ssd and the just use wifi for saves and user data, or does the sync always duplicate the whole system?

About the PRO update - I have a sneaking suspicion it would have been ready for day1, but PD is holding back to bring it all as one big "spec" update closer to World Series finals.

Im personally most interested in PSVR2 improvements - if anyone has any tangible experience on this, please do tell.

I really am not a fan for "raytrace reflection" -hype of last years. I hope they would use the processing power elsewhere. Raytraced light and shadow do so much more important than these unrealistic mirror reflections on everything. To me they just make games look fake. You dont see these perfect mirror reflections in real life as surfaces are rarely flat.
