Mt panorama shouldn't get ANY events . It has the worst AI pathfinding long with Trail mountain forward. and Kyoto. The first turn on trail mountain is always taken too slow by the AI. The esses on Kyoto are also taken way too slow and the downhill portions of Mt panorama are also super slow.

VRR runs also without 120fps. Im not sure about resolution, i guess we have to wait for the youtube pixel counter. But so far it looks very promissing 👍🏻

Update is in but servers are still down. However, the new Nurburgring tracks are available in offline mode.

・120 Hz Output: Select whether to enable 120 Hz (max.) video output. When outputting to 120 Hz, the rendering resolution and quality of effects will adjust according to the graphics priority and VRR (variable refresh rate) settings that have been applied. To enable 120 Hz, you must set the '120 Hz Output' option to ‘Automatic’ in the Video Output section under 'Screen and Video' of your system's Settings. Ray tracing will not be enabled for replays when outputting to 120 Hz.

You will not be able to select 120 Hz Output in the following cases:
・Your monitor is not compatible with 120 Hz.
・The 120 Hz Output option has been disabled from the system software 'Settings' -> 'Screen and Video' -> 'Video Output'.
 ・You are using the PlayStation®VR2.
dynamic resolution and losing ray tracing in replays in 120hz

Replays are flawless now. No stutter mess 👍🏻
Edit:
Turning ingame 120fps off unlocks the 60fps cap and it runs with more fps then with 120 fps activated but it seems it adjust more the resolution. I guess i let it on 120fps and a stable 60fps in it with less resolution hit.

When the servers are back online, can someone post the changes to the target times the patch notes refer to and compare it with the old times? I’m hoping it’s easier! 😂

The update will kill off the AI Sophy mode then tomorrow - still really don't understand why developers introduce a mode or game style and then take it away after a "limited" time - especially this, is it taking up some server resource somewhere? Doubt it
I'm just speculating here, but I can imagine a number reasons. First of all I guess it was a test balloon - put Sophy out there, let people race her and see what the player's feedback will be. They may also have gathered new data to train Sophy further. Probably they analyzed player's driving strategies to better adjust Sophys learning process.

Also, I guess that a lot of work went into the Sophy part they offered. The higher difficulty levels did not give the AI drivers better cars to be more competitive, they gave you a slower car to be less competitive. I suppose the reason for this is that they can only train Sophy for the individual track with the individual cars. Any changes to these cars would have needed a new AI training, thus they kept Sophy's cars the same and changed your car instead.
