Some edge case fixes, but nothing on actually improving the lobbies to GT Sport standard or improving the FFB experience back to what it was.

They seemingly have no idea what to prioritise.
Like Sgt. Al Powell said, "You just hang in there... You hear me?!"

PD's idea of "live service".
They’re servicing their game :sly:

EDIT: Just realised that this might’ve been what you were saying, so apologies if I’m repeating the joke. Didn’t occur to me until I looked again right as I posted.

Yep, at the moment they are not fixing their backlog of issues because they are somehow just creating new ones with the minimal amount of content they're drip feeding in.
That's not entirely correct. They are making their way through the backlog gradually. The key issues not yet addressed now are the lobbies and the ability to sell cars. Also I hope they will increase the payout for all events to at least half that of the 4 high yield races we have now. So you don't have to grind the same 4 if you want some decent rewards.

What key issues have they fixed since launch?

The highest visibility bugs they fixed in 1.18 were bugs they introduced in 1.17 (ticket glitch and brake caliper glitch) and with the possible exception of the G923, the rest of the bugs were edge cases which impact a minimal amount of users.

Lobbies are still objectively worse than GT Sport and FFB has gotten progressively worse since 1.15

Nice. First Daily ticket is the SC430 V8.
It wouldn't surprise me if we start seeing more engine tickets. I got my first one just prior to the glitch being public, off a daily ticket. I'd just gotten to level 50 too, and during the glitch, I won a couple of tickets off the four star ticket. I'd go out on a limb and suggest that the odds of winning an engine ticket were increased anyway with 1.17.

New updated Time Trial with SF19 Super Formula in Fuji Speedway.

It's confirmed that you can't win all 3 prizes (Bronze, Silver and Gold) at the same time even if you get Gold. You only get a single prize. 2 million is not that bad to be honest.

Definitely something changed. I never used the glitch because i started a new career on a new account and i am seeing more parts. Not really engines but parts.

I'm not sure what bugs and glitches people are talking about. I've put in countless hours and not had a single freeze, crash, race ending glitch or anything. It went offline twice, and that was because my router was faulty!
Can't say the same for the majority of other games out there.

Now, what do they give you for getting in the top 10 or 20? See thousanda of people will be taking part in the Time trial events.

Top 10 or anyone who is not rank 1 (assuming) gets 2 million.

The top 1 player probably gets a bigger prize but we don't know about it... Can someone confirm this?

The emoji that some one put under your post sums this up. We all have no idea what you are talking about, it’s like you just came in here well we were having a conversation and took a dump in the middle of the room.

Well at least everyone gets something for finishing with a time. That's fair which it should be in GT.

The CLB is a major peeve of mine. We are rewarded for having a clean race, while not having any notice when or where we've done something to invalidate it. If it's a 2 lap race it's not that big a deal, but for the long races with high payouts it becomes infuriating. I can hit walls and ram cars at Tokyo, but put a tire in the wrong place or bump the AI even a bit on other courses and there's no bonus. PD should really give us some sort of warning!
If I could have one thing, besides my '06 Exige, in the game, it'd be this. Some sort of red flag that appears on the screen and STAYS there for the rest of the race denoting exactly what lost you the CRB so you can a.) start over at that point if you want to, and b.) show exactly why we lost it so we can either c.) learn to not do that, or d.) bitch about it.

Massive oversight IMO, and something that would be EASY to add.

Probably. That was a 4*. The capper is, the music was still playing when the light landed on the engine. I was ready for the light to flick to the coin stack(looked like a 10k stack). Should have shared that roulette, as it was holding for the music to stop.

Can the size limit of physical game disc be a limiting factor for updates size, especially if GOTA or Spec II editions are planned? not just GT7 but in general any game

It probably would be, maybe downloading the game on ps4 or ps5 would be better, and look into getting a flash drive with a lot of GB to save/store data on.

Facts dude. On PS5 I’ve had only that one day’s patch troubles. Nothing else , no crashes, freezing or stuttering. Lobbies do have it but it is lag

Anyone else feels a bit meh after they patch the roulette bug? I was enjoying the game much more up until the last patch. Winning cars, being able to tune them, test them, enjoy them without the need for grinding the same races over and over again to be able to afford basic stuff in the game. Now, that only grinding remains, I have not logged even once all day yesterday and today as well. It all feels kind of meh again. The bug fixed the economy system for a couple of weeks and the game was much more enjoyable. It showed how the game should be and now that we are back to the usual Mc Scrooge style of GT7 I can't be bother with it anymore.

Ok, you’ve got your Garage full of nicely decal`d classic cars or racers, you think “I`m gonna` hit the Custom races” Waheyyyyyy………..you get your Merc`s, Jags, Chevvy`s, Mini`s Bugs etc etc….20 all in all, lined up, you even change all the names to ya mates names, .then a brainwave! …. im gonna call it “The Matey Cup “ ………..pick 8 tracks, 10 laps with 20% tyre wear to spice it up, allow FIA points for wins etc & to top it all, Save it all to be accessed at a mere click of a button
