Not sure what everyone's times are at Monaco, but I got down to a 1:36.3xx today. I've noticed the rear tires will need to be preserved in this race due to hard acceleration out of tight turns... Qualifying will play a HUGE part in this race. That, and staying off the walls...

I had a low 1:37... it's got more in it though... maybe another second.. tires are a problem though, the viper eats them up bad
 
I got down to a 136.1 and might have a couple more tents, but I can't do those times consistently

New cord on its way now. Probably will not have it today but I'll be back next week :-) been fiending for some racing
 
Well good news and bad news. New cable is in and attached. Finally for the real first time this year I'm going racing :-). Bad news is that I will not be joining at Monaco tonight. The course is tight, I'm rusty and do not want to interfere with tonight's race. Be ready for my return at Silverstone though. Been waiting for this race ;-)
 
Against my better judgment I guess I will race tonight. I never could get the Vette to turn very freely but since I will be in the back of the pack I'm hoping not to get caught up in someone's mess. I do need the practice in prep for the upcoming Endurance series. Good luck to all. :cheers:


FYI...The WRS had its time trial here this past week. One thing that helped me was using the hood view (vs. normal bumper cam). I found I was not using all the track since I did know the cars actual boundaries. With that said, I'm not accustomed to "looking backward" while driving but will try my best.
 
got called out, a tree fell on a car and had to clean it up, I was 6/7 mins from making main event, earlier in day I started getting high 25s so u guys probably happy I did not make it anyway lol

I hope you mean 35s... Got down to a 35.4 in the race, Good fun!
 
No problem, I'm sorry I hit you twice. It seemed as if you were slow to start (I hit you) you took off but stopped again. (2nd time I hit you) I don't like running in traffic anyway and I finished better than I thought I would. Win-Win in my opinion.
 
hej, i drove a few laps this morning, do not know if I twisted good or bad time but I achieved 2:05.1xx, average times were around 2:05.5xx.
