I saw someone post this link earlier because I asked the same question, judging by this the races only change weekly.. which sucks if it's true

That's absolutely terrible. Why are they still calling them dailly races then? what the hell

Loved the way they were changing the events everyday, now it will make the sport mode a lot less enjoyable to me :(

Got my Limited Edition today, how do I get my 500k credits?

Apologises if that's already been asked

If you click the GTS icon on the PS4 desktop you can see the addons tab. Click that. After downloading the items restart your PS4 and restart the game.

The credits are not on the add-ons, just the Europe car pack which ive installed and the scapes pack, the game only came with one download code.

The daily races not being changed daily will end up being really dull. More so that the current track selection is pretty poor, another week of Brands Indy, Suzuka Short and 13second lap oval, wow, neither challenging or exciting.

I think they've realised that if they change the tracks daily they would soon be repeating tracks.

Then they shouldn’t call them daily races.

Races will be held daily and only updated weekly (track changes and so on).

The fact that you race daily is why it is called daily races, it has nothing to do whether the tracks are the same or not.

Aren’t they technically held hourly?

For me, a daily held race is a race held once every day at a set time. Here, we have races held 24 times a day on the set hourly interval.

Been lurking for a while. Just wanted to say I feel really misled by this Weekly Races stuff.
The demo was fantastic, I was absolutely addicted to Sport mode. Game is damn solid.
I hope they bring back real daily races, or add way more events.

Just played a bit this morning, had to redo some of the progress I made in the demo. The cars and money transferred but nothing else. Still getting familiar with the game, apparently there are only about 8 custom wheels which you have to unlock via milage points. There are special colors, helmets, suits, vehicles, etc... as well available in that store. I tried adding a matte black finish to my Charger but the option wasn't available. Unsure if I need to unlock that or what. This game good amount of content, seems some people are able to race through it. I don't see myself finishing of the campaign until Christmas. Anyway here are sample shots in the massive scape mode:

Considering a sizeable swath of us presumed the races updated daily, their language is not beyond reproach here.
I agree with you as I said above, but they haven't said the daily races will be a set of 24 races that will be changed every 24 hours - this is implied but it could also mean that races are available to race in daily.

The unspecific language and how it was operated during beta/demo is misleading, but its not wrong.

for example a clothes shop with their ambiguous sales advertisements of from 50% off, as long as they have one piece of clothing that is legitimately 50% off in the store, they can have fully marked up everything else. It's language is enticing and ambiguous for a reason. To sucker people in.

Well, it worked on me, that’s for sure.

I wouldnt mind having the same 3 races for like 2-3 days. One day only does feel like not enough time, especially with the low number of tracks. It would make repetition of events quite frequent.

But only 3 configurations for 7 days will make the sport mode a lot less enjoyable to me. I wont be competing on the same 3 races for 7 days.
