I think the reference to fireproof leggings being featured in GT Sport is being comedically inferred to mean that GT Sport will have a damage model that simulates cars bursting into flames.

EDIT: I should also point out the whole post appears to have been mocked up to look like a Gran Turismo Facebook page post (something I missed first time around! :nervous:)

Hopefully PD is at E3 next month and announce that the beta is available now. Go download and then hopefully they release the full game in October. If that happens hopefully in between then we can get a ton of news about the game. What cars? Tracks, features, AI, Online and etc..... I want details about those things.

@Zlork It was nothing more than just another post joining a line of lighthearted ones around the trendy leggings theme. I would have though it’s substance was playfully enough to not mislead the readers about it’s facetious nature. It was obviously inspired by some developments of this thread and our shared eagerness to find out hints and bits of informations about the long awaited game, no matter how convoluted the path may have been. The wait is almost over now with the London Event just a week away and while Sony still has to confirm their press conference spot I’ll already file the upcoming E3 under the Memorable tab. Just one little month to go.:)👍

Sorry to go off topic but this reminded me of a post where i edited an image to make it look like that the course maker (now called track path editor) got released back in july. I got warning points to the point my heart beats raised up of getting banned from here. I got warning because i "lied and faked" an image. I even said that to not take it seriously. Sorry if i went too personal and offtopic but i'm pissed off :banghead:
i don't have problem with you...
It's how this is being acceptable and mine isn't just hurts me.

A made up post about a game feature that has the potential to cause an uproar due to hype and want of a long advertised missing feature, that would possibly spread into many false rumors.

Yeah, it's not hard to see why, really.
 
@ToyGTone Sorry about that. Will take the warning if moderators see fit. What ImaRobot said; can not settle how our posts converge or not but sure fireproof virtual underwear is possibly not as reasonably expected as the track editor may have been at the time.

I wasn't spreading rumors on purpose, i was just making a joke (okay too far). What would happen if people saw it? They will see that it was some poorly edited image and that the poster said it's not real. People can just check the GT page and see if it's true or not anyways.

People been insulting other people on the opinion sub forum and they were fine.

Had a brainwave...

Maybe it'll be the first eSports type tournament event to kick off this new, rebooted, fresh approach to the franchise? And from that, it might link into the launch of GT Academy 2016?
