A quick observation, but why hasnt the 458 been shown in a livery? Is PD doing PD things again with licensing issues?

This is the best we have so far. An AF Corsa-like livery.

Yeah the improvements are great. I suspect the London event build was stripped back to guarantee stability for the competition but then why not put out a disclaimer for all those watching?

The only thing that stands out now for me graphically is the tree trunks. A lot don't even look like they have textures!

It sounds better and the car models and lighting are god like. Getting there!

Does anyone think the paint chips will make a return? Or atleast, we will be able to go in-depth with our own color creation?
With the introduction of the livery editor, I would imagine that they'd be gone. The reason I think that is because essentially you'd be able to cover a whole car with a big vinyl and I'd imagine you'd likely be able to select the color of said vinyl. If they are still around, that would be absurd, especially if vinyls are also locked to them.

You won't have the 15 billion paint chips either because all the cars are gone now

I thought about that long before I sent in the question; but correct me if I am wrong, but would the color quality of the vinyl be worse than if the car was modeled by Polyphony, but with the same color?

That would depend on if they only have gloss vinyls, or if they'd include other types. If you have a hue selector, you have free range to match anything, hopefully.

Fairly certain 90% of livery editors in games have a hue selector. No reason for GT Sport not to have one.

It's only one video titled 'Prototype Evo. I Test Drive' in different formats and splits. The full version is 8:55 long and seems to be just a random mixture of the footage they've been showing in the last few days.
Oh, bummer. :(

Thanks for the heads-up.

Well, still a lot of footage and it is looking a lot better. There is no way they made that much of a jump in less than a month, that 'beta' build at the London event must've been several months old. Probably the build they were planning to submit to Sony for the public beta, that they then (seemingly quite rightly) decided wasn't good enough. This is several steps on, visually.

I'm really confused now.

The stream with Kaz in PlayStation Underground is gone. When the YouTube video first loads it says its 6 hours long but then magically it becomes 4 hours cutting the first 2 hours out.

I can't find GTS anywhere in the video, I'm confused, it was streamed here wasn't it.
Yeh, can't seem to find it now either.
I did watch it (not live, the Playstation Underground clip) earlier.
It was a guy in a checkered shirt sitting with Kaz. on a couch.
Kaz was behind a wheel.

Anyone know where to find it?

Edit
Ah, thanks @CoolColJ

It's the same picture, but not just the cropped version of DS' screesnhot

It has to be the cropped version. The aspect ratio of the picture you posted is as big as the one I questioned. Might I mention that the "GT Sport" watermark is not included in the cropped photos.
