A quick observation, but why hasnt the 458 been shown in a livery? Is PD doing PD things again with licensing issues?
This is the best we have so far. An AF Corsa-like livery.

"GT Sport is too cartoonish..." [some guys here in GTPlanet]Those trees
I dunno man, looks like a PS2 cutscene."GT Sport is too cartoonish..." [some guys here in GTPlanet]
With the introduction of the livery editor, I would imagine that they'd be gone. The reason I think that is because essentially you'd be able to cover a whole car with a big vinyl and I'd imagine you'd likely be able to select the color of said vinyl. If they are still around, that would be absurd, especially if vinyls are also locked to them.Does anyone think the paint chips will make a return? Or atleast, we will be able to go in-depth with our own color creation?
Full of life...God damn
You won't have the 15 billion paint chips either because all the cars are gone nowWith the introduction of the livery editor, I would imagine that they'd be gone. Ferrari would probably be VERY picky about how their cars are representedA quick observation, but why hasn't the 458 been shown in a livery? Is PD doing PD things again with licensing issues?
I thought about that long before I sent in the question; but correct me if I am wrong, but would the color quality of the vinyl be worse than if the car was modeled by Polyphony, but with the same color? With the introduction of the livery editor, I would imagine that they'd be gone. That would depend on if they only have gloss vinyls, or if they'd include other types. If you have a hue selector, you have free range to match anything, hopefully.I thought about that long before I sent in the question; but correct me if I am wrong, but would the color quality of the vinyl be worse than if the car was modeled by Polyphony, but with the same color?
Fairly certain 90% of livery editors in games have a hue selector. No reason for GT Sport not to have one. That would depend on if they only have gloss vinyls, or if they'd include other types. If you have a hue selector, you have free range to match anything, hopefully.

Oh, bummer. It's only one video titled 'Prototype Evo. I Test Drive' in different formats and splits. The full version is 8:55 long and seems to be just a random mixture of the footage they've been showing in the last few days.
Oh, bummer.
Thanks for the heads-up.
It's the same picture, but not just the cropped version of DS' screesnhotIsn't that cropped picture of the R35 the screenshot of the main menu posted by DualShockers?
I can't find GTS anywhere in the video, I'm confused, it was streamed here wasn't it.
Yeh, can't seem to find it now either.I can't find GTS anywhere in the video, I'm confused, it was streamed here wasn't it.
It has to be the cropped version. The aspect ratio of the picture you posted is as big as the one I questioned. Might I mention that the "GT Sport" watermark is not included in the cropped photos. It's the same picture, but not just the cropped version of DS' screesnhot
