Mmm... Maybe it's from another game, but that front looks new to the game. Looks like a LMP or a GT3... Captured it on my phone, so I'm not sure..., but that's interesting :)

They may have had the FFB settings turned down for the event. I used to run 10/10 FFB settings on GT5 and GT6 with my G25, but the second I tried that on my new T300RS, the wheel literally almost tore itself out of my hands completely. Even on 5/7 it's very, very hefty.

The initial part of that post is cut off. In the Australian GT Academy thread I posted the full settings of the T300 in GTS event (CSS 3, FFT 5, FFS 8). So T300 with torque 5 is lighter than my G25 at home with torque 10. Compared with my G25 at torque 5 it's about the same strength wise. The only advantage T300 has is it's smoother, but I never felt the notchiness of my G25 is a problem. Before this event I'm split between getting G29 or T300 for my next wheel, but now I'm 99% sure I'll just get the cheaper, more reliable, and not too inferior G29.

At this point, I can only conclude GTS FFB hasn't been improved much compared to GT6, or it's still a work in progress.

It isn't, the tomahawk has a black section where, on the marked section, it's white, also, the section has a more sharpy end and red sides too...

Good point. The only other car I can think of that comes with a white stripe like that one is an FXX.

The headlights sort of seem to give the same feel as an FXX to me as well.

I know little about Gamescom but is the possibility of a new trailer something which can already be ruled out?
I wouldn't say so, since today is only the Media Day. Gamescom is still going until the 21st, though I would certainly wonder if Sony and/or the GT YouTube Channel won't upload a new trailer today because most Gamescom trailers got released either yesterday and/or today.

Neither... The marked section shows a white stripe and red sides, I know the Hyundai has a red livery, but it's still not the same...

I am actually pretty sure that's what this is now. Whether its GTS footage or not remains to be seen.

More likely that they want to control everything. I'm sure Poly will upload a new direct feed. I can understand it because internet like to make conclusions from an early build.
Actually, good point, after what happened in the first event I'm not surprised PD would want to be super controlling of what gets out into the public.

The HUD Looks different

The impression of the game from this French guy aren't really good..

Better graphics than GT6 but not what he expected.

FBB and physics are practically the same as GT6 for him.

No visual car deformation, still the same badly collision physics.

When going off road the cars don't lift dust.

He said, it will be ok for fans of the GT series, but quite disappointed for him..

Well BlimBlim is from Gamersyde if I am not mistaken and they always provide great content with good quality. Don't see a real problem tbh.

Thanks for the translation.
