Gran Turismo World Tour is happening

Not afraid to say the Stewarding for that last race was awful. Fuvaros crosses the line 3 times before serving his pit penalty when we were told we were only allowed to cross it once and they tried to justify it to me when I raised it
Same as referees in a big football match, don't want to spoil the occasion. Rules are there for a reason, I say.

Duval looks pissed, face like a slapped arse. Got a podium finish, could at least show a smile.

Overall, what shown today is as good as yesterday. I'm not really took attention about the penalty or any technical stuff though but my impression so far that this is much cleaner racing compared to usual online race. Can't wait to see USA and Asia stream next. Good job PD 👍

I've just watched those laps again. I think the penalty was given just as he's coming onto the pit straight at the end of lap 8. From what I can gather he did his pit penalty on lap 10. That's why he's leading for lap 11 before pitting again for fuel/tires. It's still an infringement though and the rules stated an automatic DQ.

Watched yesterday's races last night without thinking too much beforehand, but wow, that was incredible entertainment, especially the race at Monza. Real solid stuff with a ton of drama. Didn't expect to watch much more than a few minutes but I couldn't stop. There's a lot of potential for GT to ride a pretty exciting wave here with this type of content.

Not sure about the incident with the AMG and the Toyota there, looked like a regular race incident to me

But yeah, GTS "offline" is just like GTS "online", dirty driving makes you win :dunce:

Also; double points were ditched in F1 after one try so who thought it would be smart to use it here? Basically makes the other three races worthless.

But his pit-stop counter at the end showed 1. Whereas Duval’s counter showed 2 because of the penalty. So in my opinion he either didn’t stop for fuel or he didn’t serve his penalty.

Giorgio isn't a dirty driver. I also can confirmed that from personal experience. He's a teammate from me, so I know him very well. Every time when I raced with him together, it was always clean and he doesn't push drivers of track on purpose.

@Lord Protector Coming from someone who isn't in JIM, from my experience, he's been clean and flippin' quick. Love racing wheel-to-wheel against him (when I try to keep up with him).
Some of the drivers at the Nürburg I've had issues with though.

He got the penalty in lap 8 or 9 and served it in lap 11 with his pitstop.

I‘m still a bit disappointed that they only had 10 players race each other and the car selection was either meta cars or the biggest POS‘ aka Lambo and R8. Would‘ve been so much cooler to have all 30 players race with various cars.
The camera man was also kinda overchallenged with his task, battles and drivers in the back of the field were almost never shown and I think one race just saw us follow the cars that alteady crossed the line while there was still a fight in the back :boggled:

Giorgio is a great driver, that has he showed today. Proud to be his teammate ;)
I've also seen some interesting driving at the Nürburgring event...

Maybe some of the fastest drivers are clean amongst the other aliens but when they get behind us peasant earthlings due to a spin or being crahed of most of them become really impatient and just push/crash/punt/dive their way past asap

Me too! One of them ironically got punted on Friday (who has done the same to me). Karma. It reminded me of our karting lives :)

PS. Hope you start racing soon! I'm probably going to make a new account as my DR has gone from 75k to errr, I don't want to say :) (thanks to the penalty system)
