Show me where it states standard blue flag rules have to be ignored as that's not on the rules you posted.

And why shouldn't the Ferrari be cautious? What did he think was going to be coming out of that?
The standard blue flag rules are already nullified because of the responsibility clause.
Also, I'm sure the guy in the Ferrari didn't think Estre would just drive right into him.
Now go explain it to those TV talking heads why it is dangerous to cross the white line when a car is exiting the pits.
After you've explained that to the RACB and the regulations are getting changed.

Sorry again where does it say standard blue flags don't apply can you point that out a few of us are interested in seeing that rule.

For the last time, this will also be my last post regarding this matter:
During the race, drivers leaving the pit lane will do so only when the light at the pit lane exit is green and under their own responsibility. A marshal with a blue flag, or a blue flashing light, will also warn the driver if cars are approaching on the track.

So there isn't a rule saying you've to ignore standard blue flag procedure? Glad we cleared that up then so you are wrong and that blue flag rules still apply.

Also on the video you posted the Ferrari would have seen the Porsche exiting and still chose not to give the Porsche room, Ferrari at fault.

Maxime Soulet was pushing the Bentley to the limit... Maxime Martin, just managing his pace :D

Have to say though, between the penalties served by the other cars that look like they're going to be on the podium, the M6 is still slightly off the pace, same as the 'Ring.

Two hours to go... ooooh, this is going to be a nail-biter.

Is this going to be the third major European endurance event where the leader who starts the last lap is not the one that wins the race?

I wanna get on twitter and beg Joe Bradley to smack Haven in the mouth.

Drive thru for Bentley #8

edit: My favourite is clear, but I have to say, if Merc get a couple of those '5 min' cars on the podium that will have been an amazing run for them. Great pace, good strategy, and crucially, unlike the Bentley, not earning too many stupid penalties.

I'm not sure if it's heading towards Spa, but we've had some heavy showers 15 minutes ago, and I live about an hour from Spa.

That's the FOURTH penalty that car has taken. That's 4 whole minutes in penalties plus 30 seconds when the pit box was overshot.

And the driver has driven past the pit entry twice. If he doesn't go in this time around he'll be disqualified.
