The close up shots of the cars in the trailer weren't all that great IMO. The Nurb bit was probably prerendered but even that didn't look amazing. Look at NFS 2015 screenshots and gameplay, I have literally never seen anything so real in all my life.

GT Sport looks only on par with Forza 6 which has never been super impressive graphically. If anything GT has gone backwards because GT used to be graphically ahead of its competition for many years.

NFS runs at 30 frames and doesn't even feature an interior view. You shouldn't expect GT to look as good.

But PD has had decades of 1st party dev experience and probably a limitless budget compared to Ghost Games who have made exterior models and environments on par with PD in like 3 years!

No amount of experience or budget can make up for hardware deficiencies. A game that runs at half the framerate and doesn't have dynamic time and weather will always look graphically superior to games like GT, Forza, and Project Cars, given what they're trying to accomplish.

Really hope so, do we have confirmation of that? :)

Did you even read what description says?

The latest instalment of the Gran Turismo franchise, which as of March 2015 has sold over 75 million copies worldwide, is
coming to PlayStation®4 with the name “Gran Turismo SPORT”!

The graphics, sound and physics engine will be the most realistic ever experienced in a driving simulator thanks to the new
platform and the new technologies, but that alone would be a too obvious improvement: the way driving
games are played will also undergo a huge revolution with “Gran Turismo Sport”.
This is a vision that invokes the rebirth of motorsports.

I'm 100% sure it's new GT (aka GT7)
