Given all the cars from that era are aesthetically very similar, we should get the whole 86/87 field liveries. This is my favourite F1 era......the 80's liveries will look great.

It needs a massive overhaul to even be taken seriously. Rally events would be SR killers even more than ovals.

Or it could be a sort of time trial with ghost mode activated when there's a risk of collision (like in lobby mode). And one new car starts every 10 seconds, something like "in reality".
It could be fun, but rally physics aren't great

I'd rather just see rally treated as a mode that really emphasizes time trials rather than a simple race on dirt. I mean, the Pikes Peak version of the Audi Quattro is already there, too. Maybe they could have occasional leaderboards that get refreshed, where you're only given a certain number of laps on an assigned track to set a time, and you could have further limitations on the permitted cars, like how in the daily races you can have one-make races, have tuning be on/off, and so on. Either way, something that can be competitive without having multiple cars on-track.

i think rally already improved since launch, at least it seems the cars are not sliding as much as before, maybe its just me tho

i would like some snow tracks, gotta make use of those snow tires, and would be nice a Gr.B daily race

i miss the crowds on rally stages like in gt4 tho, sometimes they would be standing in the middle of the track

* hopefully a new circuit
* hopefully some more ribbons for existing circuits
