kk vexd, from what i read your lap seeems to be like mine... although the MPH mess me up

-125ish km/h in the right left past t3
-2nd last hairpin, taken in first
-last hairpin, taken in 2nd

can i just clarify that you do mean 1st???? :dunce:

only just finding time to gear change down to second!! :ill:

I'll try to cut down some seconds off my run today just after I tune my cars that would most likely slap this week's car silly.

@EXelero, yup first~

day 2 update~

just beat my time by .164

0'40.820 ( seen a 0'40.525 )
1'06.653 ( seen a 1'06.306 )
1'40.411

beat ^ time by .085 totally messed up the right hairpin after t3

0'40.748
1'06.580
1'40.179

beat ^ time by .350

0'40.691
1'06.495
1'40.030

Aw crap I just remembered. I forgot to do the tune up so I definetly have room for improvement! :dopey:

r0gu3.... it just takes a different driving style, that you probly havnt learned i guess

if your understeering.... slow down a bit.... simple as that

The car is very easy to steer with the throttle, so to speak. Finding ways to gain time in some places, just have to be very precise on such a narrow circuit.

T1: 41.015
T2: 1'07.087
T3: 1'41.695 (got loose at the bottom of the hill)

Doesn't mean I haven't learn it, just means I don't like it.

Sup guys and gals, this car is good fun, FWIW, I'm using soft front and medium rear tires.

Best times so far:
T1: 41.713
T2: 1'08.188
T3: 1'43.152

Seems like my T3 is decently fast considering my T2 time...

had a go but well off the pace when looking at hotbois times, far out thats quick, too quick for me and a ds2 that is, maybe the only way to beat u this week is with a dfp, but i dont have it here so looks like ur in a leauge of ur own this week

T1 40.753
T2 1'06.595
T3 1'40.399 (had 1'40.265 once)

i dont think i can do much better than this, maybe i'll play some more later on in the week, doubt it though, i will probably submit this time

i would love to hear some of the DFP user's techniques on the final hairpins!

theres no way the wheel is in too much of an advantage

well i just went out on my first session on my first lap and i just saw 38.328secs.... so im thinking alright, lets go see what the DIV.2 people are doing, and i saw hOt6o4bOi doing 40.768??? so im like wtf... so i go check CFM's first post to see if im in the right car.... haha i was in the HPA Performance R32 Golf!!!! no wonder my times are quick.. going to change car and see what i can come up with...

haha thats what i was thinking.... now my 1st session in the R32 (the real one) has landed me with a 42.147... back where i belong i suppose.. my moment of glory over, self esteem gone.. haha, give me a couple of days and i'll be on the pace!

 thats funny :P

i havnt unlocked the track yet :(

New splits (new DS2 too but this was done with the old one, seems it's little encounter with the ground has knocked some sense into it :) )

MisterWeary, Div 2, DS2", SS/SS
T1: 0'41.257
T2: 1'07.488
T3: 1'43.003

I had T3 of 1'42.7xx once and promptly found the wall :guilty:

so far after 6 laps

T1 - 41.692 **have seen 41.293
T2 - 1'08.095 **have seen 1'07.634
T3 - 1'42.710 **have seen 1'42.251

cant seen to finish the lap off... pushing to hard through the hairpins and the exit of the last hairpin really causing some problems

Hmmm...Well....I really don't get this track at all....

T3 1:41.9xx

I can't remember what it was exactly, I was too busy trying to make the dam thing turn....I think I might have to so manual this week...But all that effort....It's really not worth it....

I like this track better in reverse....

Casio, if you don't get the track but can get a 1'41.9xx at T3 then I need to go back to GT school  farout that's quick!

That's what I was about to say. I'm not even close to that.

I don't have any techniques but I'll tell you what's going on. Apparently I've developed DFP syndrome. The doctor tells me to "hand over hand" the hairpins instead of wrapping my arms around each other. He said it'll be 2 weeks before they unwind. Wrapping is very painful and is NOT recommended.

What, do you think you're a D1 driver or something? "Don't get this track at all", pfft, whatever :-P lol. You've got me beat, by a "decent" margin too... Jeez, rub it in why doncha :dunce: .

(hopefully you all can sense the sarcasm...)

Hi Casio, no offense please, but did you pick the right Golf there? As our friends KLR142 and Rotbarsch1979 mention above, for a Div3 driver, who ''doesnt get this track at all'' you are doing pretty well there.......and if your time is real, even the better for you!

Wow, this track is giving me a lot of trouble. Not consistent at all, and my ghost car is always .1s behind or ahead of me. This one's gonna take some work, i can't figure out what im doing wrong. The best i got for T3 was in the 1'44's. Very fun though... 👍

New splits

T1 - 41.201
T2 - 1.07.325
T3 - 1.41.770

I can cut off .1 between T2 and 3, but other than that its practicly the best i can do up to T3, after T3, lets just say i lost a second :(. But im sure ill find that second by tuesday 👍
