8:44pm now...
Just borrowed teken 5 and very tempted to play it... WRS is more important :dunce: ! but i wanna play TEKKEN 💡 ! no WRS!! everyone is kickin my ass!!! haha!! :indiff:

Well anyhow off to my ps2 i go!!! how are you guys gettin 50 second t2s thats freaky let alone sub 50 sector times!

Peace out! Laters 👍

Final run by me.

T1 - 24.089
T2 - 50.200

Still losing time around the last corner but I happy with my lap now. This has been the best WRS combo for ages 👍

30 laps later new splits hehe:

t1: 24.076
t2: 50.799

Still 2 seconds from my final target! but got a faster time now! yippe

Hopefully these will get me off the bottom of Luxy's board for now:
T1: 0'24.991
T2: 0'51.319

The shiny new decals and paintjob on my cockpit keeps distracting me!!! Its not my fault im being slow!!

Okay, finally had some time behind the wheel. I think that the DS2 may have some merit this week due to the fast full lock to full lock steering capability. Grr...

Still bettered my total time by 0.4" but I had a crappy 1st segment, decent 2nd, and good 3rd.

T1 24.472 (I REALLY need to clean up that first corner!)
T2 50.136 (faster segment than Lewie, not as fast as hOt)

I think I'm not coasting very well this week after the BTTW attack of last week...

THANX jump_ace! 👍 Most of the "Bull 🤬" that drove myself & many other "Old Timers" away from the WRS seems to have subsided & even if it hadn't...this would be a tough combo to ignore! :mischievous: THANX Again...O.G. :D

@hOt...would you be willing to send out your replay to people that want it? I'm interested in seeing your first sector, the rest of the track I can handle.

@shig…nice second sector, you got me by .008, but hOt is killing everyone

ok i will grab the replay soon~ Maxdrive is sucha hastle :D

but for the moment heres a lap rundown

and yes 280 is a must hehe

~first corner if you can drift it, you will save .500 or even more i gaurentee.
to do it, let your left 2 wheels go over the rumble on the left, then turn right a bit to let the backend come out and brake at the same time, then after like half a second your gonna need to turn the wheel to the left a bit and full accelerate out~ trying not to spin the wheels to violently

-if you keep practicing this drift with your regular ghost to chase, you will see that you will pull out 5-7 car lengths i bet

~the right kink, the downshift helps you out :D

-its a quick downshift, brake, turn in all at once basically
but try to make the turn in a quick one, but not too violent either

-the 2nd right kink, do the same thing, but make sure the entry is a bit slower, so you can accelerate the full right

-then get as close to the wall on the right, so you can brake and turn left in 3rd gear just cliping the rumble, not going over it

-then the right that leads onto the striaght is CRITICAL...
try to have your right 2 wheels not go over the rumbles
but your left 2 will jump it as smooth as possible
when you land you should be able to make is a fast right hander leaving you lotsa momentum down the straight

-for the hairpin at the end, i brake a carlength after the 100 meter marker i think =\ i cant really remember
but you downshift to 2nd, turning left really hard and getting on the gas early

-the left cut the rumbles as much as possible

-the right after t2, miss these rumbles, dont touch them at all

-the left try to cut the rumbles as much as possible without jumping it, sending it to far towards the wall
because you have to set yourself up for the next 2 corners as well

-the right you can sorta hit the rumbles because this is a slower corner

-the final corner, no rumbles~

AND REMEMBER WITH 4wd CAR, while all 4 wheels are straight, your accelerating the most
if you can angle the car in some corners, you will gain time =)

good luck :D

GREAT advice hOt6o4bOi for the perfect Lap!!! 👍 Now if I could just get my aged & decrepit reflexes to follow your instructions! :irked: ...O.G. :D

Very good tips there! reading and doing are completely different things!! will try it out! see what my thumbs can do?? drifting could be a hard part..

8 laps

24.2 // 51.4

280 gearing

EDIT:

23.8 // 49.7 with about 2.5 seconds improvement off previous time.

Well kinda an aggrevating evening here....I hit 23.6 about 7 times now and couldn't finish them out AT ALL, I even once hit a 49.47x but had TOOO much wheel spin and hit the wall on the next right.....and these stupid ******G 3 foot high rumble strips are just pissing me OFF!!!!! SO GAY!!!!! I'm not that goo dto begin with on these tight little courses so its just rubbing me th wrong way anyone else agree? But here's some SLIGHTLY faster splits than yesterday:

T1 - :23.921 (PATHETIC!!! - IMO)
T2 - :49.611 (49.4 is still my goal here)

FINISH - .3 or so faster than this!!! ARGH!!!

new splits, second session:

T1: 23´624
T2: 49´278

but i fu**ed the corner after T2, just like jumpace, so my final time is very disappointing, so, i´ll have to race sunday to get the lap i want... good combo, just a bit understeery for me, but that´s all

I finally ran a clean lap (24.7 / 51.9), and since I don't want to spend hours on it, this will probably be my submitted lap.
I'll give it another half an hour later in the week end.

its an energetic fruit, that many people take to get pumped up... gym freaks and stuff... here i think the juice is a bit more popular, you should try that...

strange, i didn´t like the taste really, but, i am not a organic guy really...

thanks for that fasj. what they did was pulp it up, mix it with melted chocolate then served it with wipped cream, bananas, star fruit and strawberry. it was heavenly. never seen or heard of it in the uk before tho. think you could send me some crates over???!!! 💡

on the point of racing....!
i finally managed to do a few laps last night and i'm struggling. i've never driven a track with so many right angled corners! :grumpy: i just cant seem to get the flow.
i've committed your details to memory hotboi and i'm hoping they're gonna help me out but so far my T2 of 1.51'xxx is leaving me gutted!! :ouch:

think it'll be bottom of the division for me this week! :dunce:

i'm afraid matt that i have to admit that i dont really race on the game anymore. i just dont have the time around the wrs as well. i litterally completed as many licenses as i could (and that was with vexd's help) then used the uber save to race on here!!

i'm just addicted to having the competition with out the pressure, if you see what i mean. when i race on the game i just use the AI cars as breaks, and i know thats not how you should be racing!!!!

the WRS demands that i race properly, and i love that!!

i gave up on gt4 regular gaming once i found OLR

i suppose being able to run a **** hot lap 9 times out of 10 allows you plenty of time to race on lots of different things....???

hows things going on the BC side of things btw??

I agree. Theres a couple of rumble strips where if you hit them wrong its restart time, they are like small rumble mountains !!
