elise forward
12.813
28.540 - still .1 here
silvia reverse
9.725
25.783 - still .1 here

im happy with this now :) cant be bothered to try cars on opposite tracks. To me that would seem like having to waste 2 decent laps as only two laps are submitted :P Settings are same as dan but with lsd at 5,5,5 in the elise. In the silvia i stole someones settings, possibly ballstothewall's, i cant actualy remember who, sorry :P

oh it's on now champ... i am going to chase down that damn 0.3 i lost in the silvia at T2... :mischievous:

the division thing is a good one to support what you said. and this comes from a wrs fan that probably would qualify for a div4 should it exist

do not underestimate yourself mate, i started in Div 3 and look where it has got me, whatever division you are in means nothing... just give it a good honest crack and you will move up the rankings in no time...
thanks for the kind words. it'll take a while tho, now that all have send in their t-times i am back at where i apparently belong: bungling below. no worries, it's fun anyway 👍 👍 👍
taa

dammit just saw a T1 of 9.8 :yuck: and a smoking T2 of 25.5 then ballsed up the finish :banghead: should be able to get down to 25.4 if i hook it up right...👍

splits are a bit misleading this week... a good T2 in both tracks can be a bad entry for the next corner... i had some laps with 25´5 T2 faster than my 25´2 lap... depends on how we are taking the last corner...

so this is just really to say that results will be superclose... a lot of guys in the same range... just curious to see how this is going to shape up in the end...

interest has left me for this WRS... TIMES SUBMITTED... should be an interesting week in terms of just how fast people really are this week...

well its a combo that does not take a lot of time to get a time in... i think cyril already received most of the times... any hints maybe? you topped early in this one because of the small laps... too easy to put 30 or 40 in a row... after that is just a fight for 0´015 or so...

Actually on the 27 drivers who posted T times, only 8 have submitted so far. I guess everybody expects a last minute improvement.
And the funny thing with the times this week is that they are really close within a division, but there is a big gap between divisions : the average div1 time is more than 2 seconds faster than the average div2 time, and almost 3 compared to the average div3 time.

yeah i was a little disappointed this week, there was another 0.5 or so to get overall, but i just haven't had the time to commit to this weeks WRS like i did last week, ah well bring on WRS#49 whatever the results for this WRS may bring... :)

another great WRS made this week Cyril...

My best T-Times!!!!!!!!!!

NORMAL:
13'276 / 29'327

REVERSE:
09'864 / 26'480

Is that alowed to say which car i've used in which track??

Hooray for MinorShunt! Top of the leaderboard looks a bit different for a change! 👍 (I wonder if that $500 will change hands on Tuesday??)

:lol: :lol: :lol: Thanks Jake. But;

1. I'm not an Aussie.
2. I don't do this for the money. :dopey:
3. holl01 wins races by finishing extremely strong, so nothing is in the bag.

But it is nice to be at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the week.:)

I'm quite pleased with the Elise lap. It wasn't half bad. The Silvia lap was ok, but the first sector could still use some tidying up. I just don't think I will be able to give it another go before the deadline, so this will most likely be it for me. 👍

What?! There's a race this week? What do you mean TWO!?

Heh... Haven't had much time to run at all so I'll push the monkeys tonight.

Promise to submit, but it'll be D3 worthy at best! :^)

Some nice times that are coming in now. 👍

I too improved a little in the weekend:

Elise Forward:

12.922
28.665

Silvia Reverse:

9.901
25.855

Still a couple of tenth left for me here and there. I'll probably give both of them one last shot. :)

MinorShunt
@Kyle- For the Elise I am using the full suspension, but stock brakes although I put the adjuster on. Am also using stock lsd. But you need the full custom tranny. That's critical to getting the revs where you need them. Set at 3 is about right. 👍
Thanks man, I'll have to give that a try... I didn't realize I was losing that much time by only using two gears, I have noticed it likes being up top though, so... And why the stock brakes? I was just reading something about the new Exige and they said that the car was designed for an open differential, so I left the stock one too.

Flat-out

Competition within the divisions is still one of the reasons why the WRS is a success.
And it seems the div. are well balanced.👍

New splits:

Elise FW

12.914
28.788

Silvia REV

9.784
25.756

Nice man, you got me again! :scared:

out of time, and way behind :(

Elise - Rev
T-1 10.026 - had a run with a 9.7xx but was slower overall
T-2 26.026

Silvia - Forward
T-1 13.420
T-2 30.153

Cyril, really liked the concept 👍 even if I'm lagging :grumpy::lol:
Some great splits being posted this week 👍

time submitted

Darn, I thought I would be ok for this week...
Back to my chair :sly:

Board Updated

I've also submitted my times...I had awesome finishes, let's hope they keep me afloat, looking for a top 5-10 finish overall this week :scared:

CoolGeekz
blah blah blah...

Submitting that dirty replay last week seriously damaged whatever reputation you might have as a racer.

Trying to ignore it just leaves you with zero credibility. It's been over 24 hours since you were caught. I'll recommend you comment on that instead.

ah! :scared:

Everybody is submitting their times and I have only got to test out the Elise on the forward track!! eh...I used all my time running the qualifier this week.

Guess I will have to race like a madman today when I get home from work.:dunce:

My first week in the WRS and the competition is fierce! :)

Can't wait to post my T times later tonite, to see how I stack up. Probably not to well by looking at everyone elses times . But we will see...

I don't think it's fair to hack on him for a first infringement...plenty of people have had dirty laps (including myself) so I for one will not be holding any grudges 👍
