Dull? You must be hard to impress.
6.2km long, 174m elevation difference between the top of the mountain and the bottom, a 2km down hill straight leading into a 300km/h right hand kink, barely any room for error, and the chance you can run into a wild animal (kangaroo) hopping across the track at any given time.
That video doesn't do the track any justice, as you can't see the elevation changes that well coming down off skyline through the dipper and onto Conrod straight.
Have a watch off the Bathurst 1000, it's one of the best racing events in the world... And what makes it so good, it's a public road we get to drive on

I'd MUCH rather the Canadian GP Track to Bathurst.
As I said before, its a great track, but there are better I'd rather have.

You have all the right in the world to have bad taste and no one can take that away from you.
But to me this track is awesome... better than the Ring (for a video game), its like a misture between the Ring and SPA but only narrower and more exciting... low, medium and hight speed thrills garanteed...
I would also like Portimao to be featured in the game (another great track IMO and yes Im Portuguese
) but I would settle for Mount Panorama.If you reckon tracks like Spa, Nurb, Hockenheim (which I would do unspeakable things to race on) etc are not worth having over bathurst, I would put it to you, that you are either an ultranationalist, or there is indeed something very wrong with you.
I reckon Hockenheim (all versions of it) should be the next track we should be all partitioning for to have. I can remember playing this track on GTLegends and LOVING every second of it.

Well, in my opinion, it's a wonderful track to race on. There's some tricky corners espically on the mountain section where the bumps on the short sprints and downhill with tight corners. But those two straights are a must for some insane speeds.
So I would love to see it in GT5 or GT6.

I love the Ring, SPA and Hockenheim (even in the new flat & short configuration though I do prefer the old one) but theres something about Mount Panorama that makes it special (especially if the game has good physics and a good damage model)... and probably because there are so few games out there with this track... But if I could only have on track of course I would choose the Ring. And Im not Aussie.

I like Bathurst and I want to be able to race on it... that being said though I just can't see it working out very well as an online racing track. Narrow sections on the mountain, high speeds with lots of terrible passing, high speed corners that'll encourage leaning and all that jazz.
I want the track, but I'm just not looking forward to racing on it very much. We'll see, though.
Note: If it was DLC, I'd buy it, but I'd much rather wait for it to be a part of GT6.
