Hi Famine I plan to combine the car database with the colour database so that we have a comprehensive file with all the correct information in it. Right now the paint chip and car database are separate but there are cars that do not come with a paintchip, this new database should solve that problem and list all unpaintable and unique colour cars. Would there be any interest in such a database?

Thanks Famine. I decided to go for it. I created a colour entry form for all the cars in your database so if anybody wants to help out please do. Before anybody enters a car please make sure it hasn't been painted by you or anybody who sent it to you.

I've just now noticed that you've got the Renault 5 Maxi Turbo Rally Car listed as Japanese in origin. Unless the car has some weird circumstance where it was created as a Renault though it was designed and built in Japan, which I don't think is likely, I can't imagine it was intentional. Just letting you know. 👍

There's always errors - I think that one crept in when I decided to reset all the power values. Any that are spotted should be brought to my attention like this.
I won't update the file until the DLC are added next week.
Edit: Correcting that column, I just noticed I put the new Toyota NASCAR stock cars down as US origin. That'll be copy and paste for you

DLC Update?
I would like to make some input
According to the car list from Gran Turismo, there is 1062 cars (including the latest DLC) + 5 stealth model cars to make 1067 cars
I've done some cross-reference, and found the following for the discrepancy:
6 Chrome Line cars are not listed in GT car list:
Audi R8
BMW M3
Jaguar XJ13
Lamborghini Murciélago
Benz 300 SL
Shelby Cobra
Chevrolet Camaro SS Edge Special and GT-R SpecV (GT Academy Special) are also not included. And Toyota 2010 Joey Logano #20 Camry (Fantasy) may be a special one here
17 RM cars in GT car list are not included in the car list here
So the difference is (1067 - 1059) = (17 - 6 - 3) = 8

You cannot buy or receive from tickets or gamesave insertion the 17 RMs - they are modifications. As such they are noted in comments boxes as the additional GT Auto price for the base car.
The DLC, Chromeline, Stealth, Joey Logano Fantasy and Camaro Edge are all added by gamesave insertion. The GT Academy GT-R and Joey Logano Fantasy are added by ticket (although the latter only ephemerally so for non-US players). They're all included in this list as a result.
So yes, the 17 RMs listed on the main GT site are relegated to footnotes and no, the six Chromelines, Camaro Edge, GT Academy GT-R and Joey Logano Fantasy aren't listed on the main GT site at all.
