hmmm, I'm not a big fan of 'real' lap times cluttering up the board, maybe add it in your individual remarks column. At the end of the day if you want to compare real VS GT5, just open two windows and have them displayed side by side.

More times to come tomorrow... days off YEW!

Added Peugeot 106 Rallye on 10 tracks.

@HotrodKing: I think you forgot to add your GT by Citroen time @ Daytona oval :)
Check last row

oh that was a time set with different suspension and transmission settings to show what a little fine tuning could do. It must have gotten deleted on accident because i have it on a saved board from about a month ago and just fixed it. thanks for the heads up!👍

OK, added some times to Autumn Ring, some new ones and ones I forgot to update the board with.

Honda NSX Prototype LM Race Car 1:15.634

Dodge Challenger R/T RM 1:18.255 (all upgrades) and 1:21.282 (stock RM)

Dodge Viper GTS R Concept '00 1:25.212

I have been doing the latest WRS race so haven't been doing much testing lately.

went rallying today! :D

added to Eiger Nordwand Track W Trail:
Ford RS200 Rally Car '85
Subaru IMPREZA Sedan WRX STI Spec C Type RA RM '05
Volkswagen typ2(T1) SambaBus '62 (lol)

added to Eiger Nordwand Track K Trail:
Subaru IMPREZA Sedan WRX STI Spec C Type RA RM '05

Also, new Top Speed record on the top speed board

297mph with an X2010

WOW. Nice job on creating this. Reminds me of racing lines, before they shut down :( (GT3 lap logger, I was 2nd on overall/world leader board for the F1 lap times).

Will get around to doing some hot laps an post.

and some more, whilst the network is down :(

Toyota YellowHat YMS Supra '05
Autumn Ring: 1:14.970

Ferrari 599 '06
Autumn Ring: 1:28.217
Monza NC: 1:50.293

Been thinking of doing something like this for my own personal use, I already use an Excel spreadsheet for my laps times around the Ring, but the Google version looks better after looking through the OP's Google version.

and some more

Toyota YellowHat YMS Supra '05
Monza NC: 1:140.177

Aston Martin DB9 Coupe '06
Autumn Ring: 1:27.838
Monza NC: 1:55.756

If any of you actually have enough patience, then by all means try this: NURBURGRING 24HR - TANK CAR - 8:29:440.......Oh yeah & don't forget the racing softs lol.

Added Fiat Punto HGT and Honda Insight LS on my 10 favourite tracks
Yeah, I realize that its kinda cluttered now, but I will delete some tracks after a while if I notice that no one wants to post anything to them. I figure after lots of people know about this and use it that most of the tracks will be used.
After more than a month dozens of track are still unused...... I usually update 10 tracks a while

Would be nice if we could sticky this, mainly so more people know about it.

That was 1 of the problems with racing-lines, not everyone knew about it. Well i guess we just keep posting in it to keep it on the front.

this is one of my first cars and had never put it on my test tracks:ouch:

Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02
Autumn Ring: 1:27.842
Monza NC: 1:58.472

Quite a quick car especially on the tighter tracks with short straights.
Beat the Ferrari 599 and California around Autumn Ring, though the smallish HP hurt it on Monza (although it is under the magic 2 minutes for production cars).

Audi RS6 added to Top Gear (RS) & Top speed pages in both stock and fully modded forms....

I must say, that while standard the car is fast (quicker then a stock Enzo around top gear) the fully modified car is a mother 🤬 monster!
It is the quickest not X2010 for top speed & found it's way to 10th on the TG leader board ahead of my much loved F430 Scud, along with plenty of fully modded JGTC & DTM cars. If you don't own a fully modded RS6, go buy one. Immediately!

I just did the same with a mitsubishi HSR-II and that is a force to be reckoned with. Stock it had some understeer issues, but the fully modded version really move along. Finishing directly below the Audi in top speed and one behind the Audi on Top Gear.

I was doing some Time trials with a friend the other day, and on Monza, you can cut the chicane AND get away with it. So I wonder if the Monza times here are permissible (meaning if counts in GT, cutting chicanes, it counts full stop) or acceptable (ethically, not chicane cutting). Then again, how is one supposed to monitor this...

I'm not sure which chicane you mean, but I assume you mean the 1st one, on the main straight. It is possible to go right off the track surface on all three chicanes.
The main straight, Della Roggia and Ascari (if you count Ascari as a high speed chicane) allow you to go off the black stuff and over the green whilst not redding out the times 👎 and even right into the sand.

Personally I take it much the same as the GTP Online Rules, as long as two wheels are on track its good.:)

But yes it comes down to honesty on this and many other tracks. :nervous:

Nismo 400R '96
Autumn Ring - 1:28.118
Monza NC - 1:57.188

Compared to the other Skylines you have to drive this one like its an NA engine due to its sky-high rev line, although it is noticeably quicker if you shortshift just after 8000rpm:idea:. A weeny bit of understeer but its quite manageable and even throws the end out occasionally :)

and some more

Pontiac Sunfire GXP Concept '02
Autumn Ring - 1:34.583
Monza NC - 2:11.711

OMG they still made cars with a 4 speed in 2002:crazy:, AND A CONCEPT NO LESS - you Yankees have some explaining to do!:sly:

I didn't find any info on the netb, but maybe it's an automatic 4-speed. If so, it's quite standard.

I've done my usual tests in the Toyota Sera '92 & Toyota FT86 G Sport...
Both are fantastic cars both stock & tuned :)

Yeah I know, even here in Australia it used to be standard for Automatics :yuck: (mainly because we got them from America)... I just couldnt resist having a dig:sly:. I still dont know why you would release a concept with a 4 speed though, at least I wouldnt have stated it or have a gearbox lined up for the future that had more gears and than for the production car just released it with the 4 speed.

Are you guys updating this?
If you are I'll add some times, have some records for sure, I'm time trialing must of my time on GT5.

Welcome Yev.👍

I update a couple of times a week, usually Autumn Ring and Monza No Chicane:). However there are more popular tracks with a wider variety of drivers.

I spend 90% of my time with GT5 doing time trials, especially since the PSN has been down:grumpy:.

Just spent some dosh on the R92

Nissan R92CP Race Car '92
Autumn Ring - 1:11.596 Juuuuust slower than the Minolta
Monza NC - 1:24.129 Again slower than the Minolta
La Sarthe 2009 T&W - 4:27.19 (WET)

I didnt do any tweaking to the R92 which probably explains why there is over a one second gap on Monza. I also didnt soften out the rear toe which I usually due to combat oversteer, which is why I found this thing quite a handful.
It does have more power and torque than the Minolta but also carries an extra 50kg.
I had to lengthen the topspeed on Monza or it was hitting the limiter going into the first sweeper, an interesting note is that I could hold the throttle flat through here no matter what entry speed I carried.

I than took it out to La Sarthe 2009 time and weather and on a very WET track and at dusk got a 4:27.196 with two small spins.

High Speed Ring
- Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel: 0:35:534
- MINOLTA Toyota 88C-V: 0:51:844 (stage 3 turbo, racing soft tires and rigidity improvement)

MT, all aids off apart from ABS which is set to 1.
I have a picture I can post if I need veryfication.

Fastest around the Ring...High Speed Ring. 👍

Got many more but I'll write them down some other time.

You may have noticed that i have been timing cars stock, then fully upgrading them and running them again. Well i have made a youtube video, with the Toyota Sprinter as my target. Is it worth upgrading?

Nice video! I love seeing people test cars stock vs fully tuned. Great drift second to last turn on the fully tuned btw! 👍

Thanks to all for adding times! I guess the fact that online is down gives people the chance to set some times and post them here.

Also, to Type_raveR, check your post on the Nordschleife with the 88C-V. I noticed that you said you added the stage 3 turbo, but when i look at the performance figures, they are the same as the stock as posted by others. Just double check what you did there, not sure whats up.

40-50% time trial
40-50% A-spec (I like doing the same races with different cars)
0-20% museum trade, UCD, remote races hosting :D

I'm not much in online racing... I have to correct it ;)

EDIT: added Newbeetle 2.0 on my favourite tracks
