Oh noooooo! Just got an email from Amazon UK, warning me that GT5 publisher has delayed the release date again!!!! Not again!!!!

Anyone else got this message?

I've ordered my copy from Play.com and Friday they sent me this email :grumpy:

"Thank you for your recent Play.com order for Gran Turismo 5 (with Play.com Exclusive Pre-Order 'Stealth Model' Car Pack)

We have recently been informed by the manufacturer of this product that the release date has been changed to 05-Nov-2010. We have updated this information on site and will endeavour to process your order in readiness to arrive with you on the release date.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in this matter and thank you for your patience and valued custom."

I hope the mini cooper will be back, and premium.

I also think the Sachsenring Trabant would be a great competitor for the Fiat 500.

Also GT needs a car with a two stroke engine.

OMG a Trabbi

how cool would be that ??? awsome its exactly the car that GT needs:tup:

But then dont forget the Wartburg

Has anyone seen any recent videos with head tracking? I haven't seen any with it since E3 I hope they haven't taken the option out of the game.

Hi, i pre ordered my GT5 signature in august at amazon and the delivery date is still 03 november. However, last friday i also went to my local dealer to pre order another signature edition (you never know... :scared:) and they had a bunch of fake GT5 boxes with written on it : "pre order now, release date 27 november 2010" :ill:. The store in question is micromania, first video games supplier in France with more than 300 stores. I asked the guy is if it was confirmed, an he was certain of it.

Don't know what to think now...

So to you it makes perfect sense that Newey (the man behind the fastest F1 car in the 2010 season) is streaming video of the slowest car in the F1 paddock to his conference rooms to become inspired by the tech they used to make the car... I'm sorry... but what the hell are you talking about?
Something you could never comprehend apparently.

Yeah that was noticed earlier today but we don't know if it's a GT5 pic, a real image or if the Virgin has been photoshopped into the screen...

That's weird since Codemasters has the rights for F1...

the virgin car was produced off of a gp2 car. it could very easily be a gp2

It's not planned to start airing until the 21st (tomorrow).

Maybe it'll be up and running by midnight.

Early '50-'60s 360cc japanese kei cars had two stroke engines too.
I'd want to see a Subaru 360 SS Young. That thing had 35hp out of its little 360cc engine.

My browser loaded it...

Still just a flash animation... "we love cars" wallpapers, "stickers" with reasons we love cars, in japanese, and a video of miniature cars coming down a slide, with the Nov 3rd release date for JP. The TV comercial for Japan apparently.

And the direct link: http://www.jp.playstation.com/scej/title/welovecars/

Okay, okay, my bad. But then those cars really don't sound like 2 strokes. ^^

The "Trabbi" is also a symbol of the German reunion, I think the car would fit nicely. At least better than the Kübelwagen.
