Yeah just go to official website and go to screenshot section. To make the long story short the whole website is updated with cars (total now 37) 2 new tracks, new screenshots. Go enjoy :) And what's up with this F1 in background? Is this in game footage? (this is off topic I know)

Someone help me out here. Is there going to be a tuning shop in Prologue? I really need to know. Because if there is, then I will buy the Japanese version.

Anybody have any impressions on GT5P yet? From the videos I have seen on IGN (they are insanely horrible drivers btw), the game looks bloody amazing, yet i still feel it's not perfect yet. Before anybody shouts me out, I know it's prologue and not the finished game. I still feel and hope that these issues that I have will be resolved before game reaches final production which I'm sure will be a long time from now.

– The bots still believe that they are indestructible tanks. There is a clip where an ITR is banking around Daytona and rams into the passenger side rear bumper of a car in front, the ITR loses control as it should, however the other car and cars around it, don't budge AT ALL! In any real life circumstance, all of those cars would have spun out of control at that speed, yet they all maintained there line, unbelievable. My main concern, totally rubbish crash physics.

– Tire screeching still annoying and exhaust notes still need to be beefier, they should think about reversing their ideas on how they produce those 2 sounds.

– Even with all that tire screeching, no tire marks on the tarmac, minor flaw, doesn't affect gameplay, but would ad to the believability that these cars are actually connected to the ground.

I'm sure there are more, but those are the main ones for me, as far as damage, whatever, I'm over it, I'd rather have mechanical damage than visual anyway because those cars look to good to mess up! Other than that, I can't wait to finally do some hot lapping in this game. I would love to hear first hand on the driving feel from anyone who has played it, thanks.

Yeah I just talked to my friend who bought the GT5p online yesterday! His Japanese friend payed for it with his JPN credit card.
So today I just talked to him all about it. He said the garage looks like the one in the demo, there are around 37 cars right now, more will be added, there are 5 different tracks, 8 total with different variations.
The layout of the game is like in GT4, there are manufacturers that you gotta go buy cars and race. You have to start with the class C and work your way up to the class A cars like Ferrari and etc.
There is no tunning shop there, no damage yet, and no weather changes yet, but the game is very amazing with other cool things in it at this time.

When on Earth is the proper release date of the Full game, not this rubbish called Prologue, just sony ripping you people off, so wake up and smell the flowers girls!!

Don't worry GT5 will, Kaz had already mentioned it will be in the final game.

Cool. It sounds funny, but apart from the online aspect, the next big thing I'm looking forward to using is the Photomode section. I'm hoping that PD decide to enhance that part of the game. 👍

I was searching through some old GTHD/GT5 pictures that I had on my HDD and have a look at this one

Interior of the Ferrari 599, but have a look at how 'early' the Eiger track looks!

I think this was the first pic of a GT5 interior, which lead us to believe GT5 would have a interior view (wasn't announced at the time)

Yeah I quite like it, but would rather the track be more of a long stage like a rally, rather than 1 minute laps.

This Eiger track is a "Eiger Nordwand Short" track - as it can be read from Information data on GT:HD replays. So, it is possible that we can expect a "long" track - since the road continues in the location of the 1st turn, and there is "coming back" to track right before the bridge.

Yeah I forgot about the 'short' part of the name, I hope there is a long version, I enjoy Eiger.

20 drivers in online? thats going to be insane, i hope theres some online meets that will be organised on here, so we can race each other! That would be so awesome.

is there any news about damage on normal cars?

I.E broken windows, dented body panels broken headlights and wheels falling off!

I think it will probably be limited to 16 players like GT5P but who knows.

Whenever KY is questioned about damage he hints about a possible update for GT5P which may add damage, we will have to wait and see.

Yes there was a screenshot months ago, with what looked to be eiger nordwand, yet it wasn't any part that featured in GTHD. This appears to confirm my suspicions.

there isnt going to be any damage. are you guys kidding?

That's not on the scale of something that can just be "patched in". it's integral to the game engine.

he enjoys fishing.

for suckerfish.
If going by what Kazunori Yamauchi says he would like to see happen isn't trustworthy then what source is?

He makes the decisions and he is the one that knows best about what is going on in the development cycle. He isn't promiosing anything, but is saying that if they can get it to work properly then they can have it as DLC add-on. Why could it not be a downloadable add-on? It isn't as if we haven't had other 1.5+ gigabyte downloads before. He never said it would be a small patch.
