I Really like the Enzo I just wish I could switch my throttle and brake buttons. X and Square is :scared: to use.

I use the right joystick to throttle and brake, it's nice for sensivity... You can also use the L2 / R2 buttons...

Yea man I know I usally use the R2 and L2, but they don't let you switch the buttons for the demo. :ouch:

I use the right stick for accelerate and square for brake because I find the the right stick allows for more linear acceleration out of corners and its easier to hold mid corner speed. It maybe a bit of a strange style but it works for me ! Give it a try.

I have recently bought a G27 wheel, but before that I also used the R2 and L2 buttons. I had 'real triggers' ($5 from GameStop/Target), they are like pedals for your fingers. They simply clip onto your R2/L2.

They are hot Organ I have a G27 also, but if I played with my DS3 I would get that. 👍

Hey everybody, Iam new here. Or, new registered, not new realy.. yeah. I followed the "delayed" debate before, it was like a horror movie! Iam still in chock... :(

I can never get used to using a trigger as the gas pedal in a driving game. It's just the weirdest sensation of pulling a "trigger", just doesn't feel right! Pushing the right analog stick up just feels better to me & I can hold the gas better in corners. Plus this frees up the shoulder buttons for my shifting & camera view/look behind controls. Of course for this game I should have a complete G27 setup.. ugh, wish I could afford that beauty! :ouch:

Tuesday afternoon in Belgium and Wednesday in the Netherlands Gran Turismo 5 will be presented to the press and fully playable. After the presentation the people from the press can try the game for themselves. At this moment it is unclear whether a Non Disclosure Agreement will be in place.

This was overlooked with all the delay discussion. Apparently they're going to get to spend 2 hours with the full game.

I really really REALLY hope, that that delay is just some misunderstanding or something like that. I can't play to any other games lately because of GT5, i mean i'm just playing to any game and keep thinking about GT5, so i've stopped to play completely for now...
I wont survive for another month...
I hope today Sony will give some info about European release.
P.S.
Some "funny" picture i already seen twice on GT forums during last 2 hours.

Looking at the UK, French and Spanish GT official website, I just found out that the release date is November 2010... doesn't sound good for me. Maybe the game will be really delayed a few weeks.

Using triggers is just as not-right as using a stick ;). Agreed, the G27 would be ideal... I'm just gonna make do with my DFP, provided it works!

That thing tomorrow better not be too informative. I want some nice suprises when I get the game.

I don't want a published car list or track list, but if we see quick glimpses of hints of additions to either... that, I don't mind.

Toronado brings up a good point; it's entirely possible that we could see another small delay. PD did it with GT4 last-minute, with a 2 week delay. It's not unheard of. But all of these official plans to show it off do make it a very poor idea. The only thing that could be an acceptable excuse these days is a production delay. If they're still working on it... *shakes head*.

Here is me doing Rally. It is so good, but so hard. If you watch the video you will see he passes me once it gets dark. Then he gets in front of me kicking up dirt and makes my driving even harder. Also watch how sometimes I cant see the road in front of me because of the steep hills its so damn fun!

All your videos are great JDM 👍

As for using X and Square button, I'm so used to it, I hated using R2/Analog stick for the accelerator.

No doubt after playing the game for so many days i'm use to it, however my throttle control/braking would be better with the R2 and L2.

Has there ever been a release date on those local sites? The USA site still says November 2.

Was there an actual date there before? I just checked the official US site and it is still Nov. 2nd, 2010.

I really don't know if there was a release date before. Maybe someone in this forum could tell us. But I'm starting to get scared with all of these rumors :nervous::nervous:
