Computer program that can emulate hardware other than PC.In this case PSX1 hardware. (in short - to play console games on PC)

It's a program that lets you play a certain console in a computer. If you look around the web, they are all over the place for the original Playstation, Game Boy, PS2, N64, etc. and these can all be played in your computer.

This might be a bit of a noob question, but will cars that aren't premium still have cockpit view, only in not as much detail?

No. It's quite unlikely to be honest but i'm sure it would be fun to drive. Maybe GT6 👍.

Possibly, but I think Kaz said that everything he wants in the game will be on the disc when it releases. Sadly for me I think it's too late for Koenigsegg .

Not the moment. Again, I think it's pretty unlikely. Would be nice though.
The master car list thread has all the confirmed cars in it.

All Maserati cars are new to the series, so therefore they are Premium ( with cockpit view ).
Standard and Premium has nothing to do with the type of car, just the way they are modelled.
