In real life, yes. In a racing game? Why? Please explain to me why reverse light matter? It sounds like the most ridiculous, miniscule detail that you just grasped ono for the sake of complaining.
Minuscule? It's an obvious detail my brother, my father and my mother noticed after I asked them if they saw something wrong with my GNX going in reverse in GT4. I don't need brake lights to tell me a car is stopping in front of me. My eyes work good enough to tell me I'm catching up incredibly fast.
Why are better graphics important in a racing game, for that matter? Why red brakes (GT4, no use at all) or smoke? Why are Porsches important? You can race whatever you have. Of all the things I could complain about, which I have seen other members complaining, I have chosen the smallest (yet obvious), and most important, the easiest thing to implement, which if I may add, should have been there since day one, because they are a basic thing cars have. I don't care if I see them or not. I want to know that whenever I see a car going in reverse, the lights will be on, whether it be by watching a replay or seeing somebody in front of me going in reverse because they crashed against the wall. And, more important than anything I have said, to make the game more realistic. I do not ask for something to be added. I just want something that's already there to become functional.
Once again, people can't complain about "small" details in GT5, but wait, people can praise the game for
these kind of things. And that's something I truly don't care about. But you guys obviously do, so I can't see how you don't care about reverse lights. I remember people went crazy when they saw that.
You won't change your mind, because you don't want to change your mind. Otherwise, this argument wouldn't have persisted this long.
