Well, as much as I hate the whole duplicating of cars thing. I just duplicated my X2010 after being fed up with my Bob crashing it constantly. Seeing as I don't want to pay for the engine overhall and chassis overhall it will inevitably need, I now have one for my Bob to destroy, and one for me to charish! :dopey:

You wasted your time. As soon as you take a drive in your X1 (just a few meter, no crash), the chassis restore will be 500k automatically.

Yup, it happens with all cars. Not sure why they did that, but you can ignore it for the most part. After a few thousand miles I do sometimes use it and notice a slight difference, but definitely avoid it after just doing one race.
 
Can anyone think of some good shades to recreate the Gulf Oil DB9? Need the blue colour for the base and the orange for the rims. :)

There's a light blue colour on the classic Premium Fiat 500F although that might not be fully accurate, maybe the classic GT40 with Gulf livery comes with a paint chip (that would sure make it very easy I guess).:)
There are probably more light blue colours available which might do the trick, both in the dealersection (Ferrari has some) or by chance in the second hand section perhaps.
 
In case anyone doesn't know yet, the three free DLC cars are available....on the Japanese Playstation store.

So I downloaded and installed them, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I'm still using my Japanese account though--weird. Maybe I actually have to be in Japan.

Edit: Oh, nevermind. I should have read the top of this page, hehe. Apparently you need a JP copy of the game.
 
Anyone think we'll be able to drive around the photomode locations eventually? Especially the Salzburg Airport. That is where the red bull hangar is right? There were cars racing on it in one of the GT5 trailers.
 
Just downloaded all 3 from Japanese store. No where to be found :(

New events: Why is there a 850 bhp limit on the NASCAR event which prevents me from entering mine, that has run in and is now 880? I did no upgrades, since none are available... Not fair.
