No, i guess not, it is just my option to type like this, if you do not like it, then it is your problem.

Oh?

I'm no prophet, but I don't see this ending well. Then again, I may become a prophet :)
like the Porsche people can with RUF.

RUF isn't Porsche and Porsche isn't RUF. But it would be a much more boring game without RUF. I think GT5 will show RUF's true power. It will be a great place to showcase it on a world stage against other high-powered cars.

RT12 and CTR3 coming to us? It would be RUFantastic. ;)

I'm happy with the CTR Yellowbird and RGT, any addition would be welcomed. 👍

If they are not added, my jaw will drop. I'd be beyond upset. And so on and so forth.

It won't be my problem for long if you keep it up.

But my Skoder is a VW golf chaise, Bora body and DSG kinda doesn't fit anywhere... but yeah it's just like sticking a badge on a diffrent car, my friend has the manual L&K Skoder, another a Bora, but the friend with the GTI is Pertol, but the only diffrence is that the DSG makes it faster than the other three, they all handle the same, if you had a generic dash, you wouldn't know the diffrence. So in a game i could drive a Bora and pretend it has a Skoder badge :) like the Porsche people can with RUF.
I have a Mk V Golf GTI. My cousin has the Octavia vRS from the same year. Yep, they feel similar inside, have the same engine, similar chasis etc., but there was a reason why the Golf cost more, and it's not just the badge. The handling on the Octavia isn't as tight, the cabin is noisier, there is a lot more hard plastic used inside, the gear stick is plastic chrome, the steering wheel has no styling to it, there is no ambient lighting, and key things like dual-zone climate were extras.

Now, I know the new Octavia has a lot more as standard and has improved build quality now relative to the Golf. Personally, I'd have no problems getting one over a Golf, but it ISN'T a Golf, and never will be. You can argue the point all night and quote manufacturing facts, but just like an RUF is not a Porsche, a Skoda is not a VW. By all means, pretend away.

Dominiclees, how about some replies in English? :) Anyway, I completely agree with you TokyoDrift, although not a great example but the Volvo C30 and Focus ST. Both same engine, same chasis and whatever, two COMPETELY different cars. And its pretty much the same case with the Skoda, sorry Skoder, VW case.

My god, learn to type (and spell) properly or don't type at all. :yuck:

And again, Porsche and Ruf are not the same thing in any form whatsoever no matter how much you're trying to convince yourself that it's just a Porsche with a different badge. Perhaps you should do a little reading before you spout such asinine nonsense.

It's not your option to type like that, and it is very much your problem. I've told you once and I dislike being ignored. You will not be told again.

If Porsche is one day included in GT, then the game can highlight some of the differences between RUFs and Porsches. Similarly, I believe that the driving experience in GT5 will be quite different between WV and Skoda. Bringing out the 'personalities' of the cars is GT's biggest strenghts.

First: grammerfags, and grammar mean nothing to me.
Second: I don't care why or if they are in GT5 i was saying whats the diffrence?
Third: Neva heared of these, i googled them and, i'm no more intrested in porsh being in GT5.
Forth: the RGT-8 looks like a porsh... get my drift...

Holy cow, you never heard of a Porsche GT1, 550 or 917?
Fits to your grammar and attitude.

Porsche = RUF?????

I'd go so far as to say:

How dare you mistake a Porsche for a RUF?

I cannot speak for anyone but myself, but I'd take that RGT-8 anyday. And that color is truly SUBLIME! :)

But let's face it, if there was no Porsche, there would be no RUF.
How do you know? RUF may have started up anyway, and either used their own designs entirely, or licensed parts from some other manufacturer. Besides, we do have RUF, and your statement doesn't make the fact that "RUF is not Porsche", any less true.

I can see there are tough moments to convince someone it's a shame not having Porsche in GT. If there will be a day when I am able to take some oldschool narrow aircooled Carrera RS, 959 or Derek Bell's LeMans prototype for a ride then I can say GT is hell a complete game!

RUF's always look like kit cars to me, I want the real deal, the handling, looks, the history.

The point was I have never driven a porsche and want to see what that is like, RUF is changed but it will have to do.

My point exactley, a porsh with a diffrent badge on it... like me going out and sticking a VW badge on my Skoda... So i don't get why people are disapointed in not having Porsh in GT5.... just becaus of the badge?

Just checking, dominiclees the car below is not a BMW strange how it might seem and yes it does look like a BMW although like Ruf it is build by a small exclusive company using BMW parts ( and their own designed parts, like Ruf ).
It is not a regular tuning firm like Hartge or AC Schnitzer but like Ruf an established manufacturer in its own right.
A company ( the name is on the front spoiler ) which builds their own cars, naming their own cars and still look like and share parts with other cars.
What a strange world we live in eh?
Please do some research when claiming something as not all things are quite like you assume them to be...............

You know he could have meant "Ruf wouldn't be what it is today"? I believe he would be 100% correct if that's what he intended to type. It's what I personally believe, anyways.

Personally, the only reason I believe Porsche should be in the game is because of its Le Mans history. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Bottom line is RUF is basically a Porsche. They take a Porsche, and they change some stuff and call it their own name. They don't make their own car, they modify a Porsche.

They all look the same, whether their Porsche's or their RUFs,
