He missed the shadows from the "5 Beta".
I would say its not a bad Photoshop, but that he tried to prove his stuff with a screenshot from an old YT video was hilarious.

Well, let's be a little bit... ...easier on the poor guy. He did not show the youtube pic. I took a look in his photobucket account and posted it here. But yeah, it was hilarious.

About the shadow from the "5 Beta". I noticed the same but, look at it again, and you will notice that the lighter the background the less shadow the text has, and the "5 Beta" has the lighter background part of all the text.

The GT5 logo looks a little bit weird but the text looks so real that I still have a doubt about if it is real or not.

Yep, I did it too.

convinced, weren't you? (probably not, but moving on...)

Oh, and in case you didn't notice with all the threads about this crap...

:D

EDIT: Yeah, it's really not real. since there's only one pic (well, there were two, but the only other one was from a GT5P Nürburgring demo video), and no videos around the web, it's conclusive that it's fake in my opinion. Moving right along...

Here's something new:

Now I don't know what to think about this.

One side of my brain says: "It's fake you dumb r*tard, can't you see??",
while the other side keeps screaming:"OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!GT5!!!!!!".

Lol nice try.
He edited the icon into the games section of the XMB, the rest is just the trailer, otherwise, why doesnt he show a menu etc?

of course it's fake he took the final part of the E3 trailer with the GT5 logo appearing and incorporated it to the xmb icon using a loop

hey not too sure if this has been mentioned but with everyone fighting about how many tracks will be in GT5, i noticed something on Prologue that may give a hint at how many tracks there will be. If you watch the ending movie you will see a heap of tracks on the left side in blueprint form. Now at first i thought it was just the tracks from Prologue but i noticed Laguna Seca in there and also a few others from Gt4. I tried counting them and i think i saw 26 tracks just in the video. So my guess is we will have quite a few more tracks than just 20,

I counted 28

Why all the racing videos about the new GTs lacks always of driving skills?

I mean, when you see previews about shooters, beat'em ups... The player (journalist) looks more or less decent, but when comes about sim driving games, oh my god! :dopey: Last example, on news:

I'm not Schumacher, but please, at least keep on the track! :sly:

I have yet to see any of these media types put in a "blazing" lap and it really doesn't matter which GT game it is...

On an amusing note - I just received an email from "lovefilm" saying that the new PS3 and GT5 are "September releases"

I take no responsibility for the below comments!

Nous sommes en mesure de vous révéler en avant première, grâce à un de nos contacts, le listing officiel des offres que Sony commercialisera d'ici la fin de l'année :"

If you plan buy a PS3 slim and waiting for bundle, here comes bundle from sony for the end of the year.

" * Pack PS3 Slim + Gran Turismo 5 : 339€ - Date de Sortie : 04 Décembre 2009 - 75.000 unités.

Tout ceci est bien alléchant et le pack Gran Turismo 5 sera sans contexte le hit de cette fin d'année. Bien sur, ce planning peut encore évoluer ou se compléter"

PS3 slim + gt5 339€: release date 4 dec
this is very exciting ...gt5 pack will be a best seller. this can be changed or be completed.

I'm french, so it is an approximated translation...
Finally, this can change, but this is an official list

This is not a retailer release date...
GTplanet is not the only website to have official information (their's more information here but it's not the only source)

Nor is it official. While I can't read French I can follow links, and there are none on that story that lead to an official source for them to have pulled this information from.

Nor is GTPlanet an official source of any kind. Jordan has never claimed that.

Now if you can show us where this gaming news site got their information we might find it to be legitimate, otherwise it appears to be just another news site generating clicks and ad revenue by reporting rumors.
