Interior views a gimmick anyway. The main concern is the visual qaulity of the cars, and to me they're up to GT5 standard.
I'm done with the whole "cockpit view does not equal interior view" nonsense.... I drank the punch and now I'm hungover and sick to my stomach.
BUT, what now about face-tracking with the standard models. Or more precisely, face-tracking with bumper/hood view??
I'm trying not to get enticed by this feature for fear of it being too much PR and not enough substance. I hope to see some vids that illustrate face-tracking from the bump/hood cam for both models (premium / standard) since that is the view I prefer. It better still be an option......or I may.......do nothing about it.
The engine bay isn't a camera view. People got the engine bay confused with interior view before, not sure why, and it seems now complete denial is kicking in.
The way they worded it in on the US site is pretty clear. That being said, I still don't trust it til I see it for myself.
*Standard cars do not support vehicle interior camera views.
I think it means Standard models won't have this view:
But I hope. cockpit view is there with dashboard. gear shift also is included. But who knows
Good spot Timppaq. It wasn't there before.
People still won't believe it though. GT's US webmaster has been given some poorly translated info, obviously.
It's already been mentioned that Headtracking will only work in cockpit view. So, if Standard cars don't have that view, then it headtracking won't be available for them.
Has anyone heard off 170 premiums and 830 standard cars figure?
Or have I dreamt that!!!!!

It is the right translation, google is the one that mistakes translations but still it says nothing about the standard car issue.

As I'm one of those who use nothing else but the cockpit view I couldn't agree with you more. 👍If you don't use it, it might be a gimmick but to most who only use that view in Prologue ( or any other game if available ) it's much more than a gimmick.
Oh why do I even reply, only those who agree with me on this one will understand, if you're not already convinced by the cockpit view in Prologue you'll probably never will be.
Just don't call it a gimmick ( to me it's an essential gameplay feature ), reverse lights are a gimmick ( already in so don't argue please, I also like this fact as it's one more detail closer to perfection I guess which is completely irrelevant to me when interiors are not included ).
Ah well, what you gonna do about it?
Everyone have seen that, yes. Sorry.
Discussion is over only for you.
Coz you said To you!
Discussion will be over in GC 2010
For me premium cars will look like this:
The standard cars like this:

Jesus ******* Christ! When will people realize!?
for me they look like a two different games!the second comes from the present ps3 game the first one comes from the future,I mean ps4!!gt5 prologue's cockpits are very good for a videogame!!!
If standard cars quality is that of Gt5 prologue... I will NEVER complain about it!!!!
Seriously. Hence why I have tried to stay away from this board lately.
