For a Le Mans layout, one guess would be 2005 un-chicaned. As far as I know, there are few differences in the 2005 and 2009 layout.

If I'm not mistaken, the Dunlop curves got tightened, Tetre Rouge corner shortened, and some sections flattened/levelled. Oh and the Bugatti Circuit bits got a new asphalt layer.

I do hope we get the Bugatti layout as well 👍

Yes, and I think there are also more tarmac run-offs (as opposed to gravel) in the 2009 version.

Well, I guess we can confirm Nurburgring GP and Nordscheilfe at night. :)

Maybe the lights are on because it's raining?
It doesn't necessarily mean that it will get darker, in my opinion.
Also is it only Suzuka as I originally thought, or La Sarthe too?

Ok, well that is better news. PD is sneaky. 💡 But the last photo, you can see the sun setting. Here is the bigger version.

Note: If you don't see the sun setting in this photo, adjust the brightness on your screen.

It isn't that clear in my opinion.
To me it seems some kind of vignetting effect applied to the photo rather than the sun setting down. However yes, it's possible that even just partially the time of the day at Suzuka might change.

wolfke
? in the vid no ?
Could you rephrase more clearly?

that logo seems to be in the video ?

Yes, it's the same:

We've seen this Sunlight symbol before, but does this symbol indicate that the course will have dynamic weather, time transition as opposed to fixed time of day & weather as is usual that may not have a symbol.
Have we seen a cloud symbol or night symbol?.

Yes, actually both at TGS2010.
There's a "clear night" symbol in the X1 video too, for one variation of La Sarthe.

Leads to the next question, is PD counting the clear night as a separate course?, is this symbol fixed or will it change from time to time in some dynamic way, some times sunshine, sometimes cloudy, etc;,?.

Probably it's a temporary thing to select predefined conditions until the final interface is implemented, at least in the Arcade mode. I don't really think that night courses will count as separate from daylight ones on the same layouts.

Lower the brightness on your screen and stare at the telephone pole towards the tree line. I'm 99% sure the sun is setting below that tree line.
