Which track is this? I don't recognize those big stadium lights.

SSR7,

These last two pictures also appear to be from SSR7, but trying to pin down their location. The video quality of the two videos out their is low, some I might have missed these in what weave seen. The first picture appears to have toll booths I have circled.

@SHIRAKAWA, some things still seem to be left on the table, unanswered after getting the new track list, I realize at this point we haven't seen any video of SSR5, but would to still try to resolve some of these pictures that don't seem to fit with SSR5. The pictures that I have quoted show a elevated & somewhat flat road structure that doesn't match SSR5 same approach after the esse onto the last turn coming onto the front straightaway (opposite end from the front turn tunnel)

Have a look at this sequence:

The signs in green in this image that can be seen at a distance here make me wonder if the road doesn't turn sharply to the left.

From what I see, the track here follows a similar layout:

More to come...

SSR11? these images don't appear to be from SSR5

Image 2 - same shot, but just before the bridge.

Good!, perhap we can test if that CZ guy show us the SSR5 track video if there are no similarity between these pictures and SSR5?

I presume we wont be able to race on the Top Gear test Track. Just time trials yes? I mean, it's a figure of 8.....

Well, in every single demo version, we have been able to race in the Top Gear TTrack, and in the GT website, it says something about having to look to your side while racing, because there are cars not only in front or behind you, but also crossing the track on your left/right, so I think it's pretty evident you can, in fact, race in the TG Test Track.
I think it is a stupid idea though (but I guess I'm alone on this one). I'd say the TG track should be used only for time trials, testing (it's a test track, after all) and maybe duels, but not for races with 8, 12 or 16 cars on the grid.

Well, what better way to show off the realistic damage than to have a destruction derby?

>>Regnar: at this point, a video of SSR5 would quickly help in clarifying the source of those images. There are some users who could make one, but my requests regarding that have been ignored.

Wow is there any chance you guys know if by any chance SSR11 will be in GT5 ?????
That is my alltime fav track becouse of it's complexety. Even if Nurburgring Nordschlife sure is alot more complex, the road bumps and other factors make it kinda unpractible for some serious close 2 player duels.

I apologise for spelling like a 10 year old but i'm Italian...and it's selfthot english...

When you look at these last two images, they show a track climbing up in a counterclockwise direction, looking at SSR5 there is no portion of the track that climbs up in a similar way.
On one end of SSR5 there is the tunnel, the other end of SSR5 climbs up in clockwise direction toward the main straightaway.
Hopefully a video of SSR5 could clarify this up soon.

Is there any proof that this shot could be from SSR7? I know that there are two turnarounds and you'd have to figure that one of those could be the images seen here.

Videos of SSR7 didn't show buildings around turnarounds.

There's also this by the way. It doesn't look like SSR5. Where would it be?

Yeah they did, there's a vid of a full lap around somewhere. There's a striaightforward turnaround at one end and a more twisty loop at the other.

Sorry, I didn't mean thoes pics were from SSR7, I just mean that SSR7 had turnarounds. I completely missed your comment about buildings as well though :dunce:.

Could that be a created course? I can't think of anything it could be other than that if its not the small twisty section before the 3rd hairpin @ SS11.

I don't think that created courses would reach that scenery complexity.
If it's not SSR5 (it would be easy to find out), then it must be SSR11 or a new Special Stage maybe based on the infamous Shuto Expressway C1 loop (since there's already one based on the Wangansen: SSR7).

By the way, from an unpacking video:

What tracks are these? The first one looks like a mixture of Sugo and Okayama circuit.

Why would PD use for some examples (about gearing I think) tracks not included in the game?

They're definitely not any real-world tracks I recognize.

the first look a lot like ti aida okayama!!!

It looks like Okayama (TI Aida), but it definitely isn't, look at the layout from Okayama, it's similar, but different:

Take a look at turn 4, for an example. It's completely different.

The second looks like latin circuits, with the same style as Estoril, Barcelona or even Curitiba, but it doesn't have any real resemblance to any of these...

Okayama a variation of Cape Ring? New variations of Cape Ring? Impossible.

Wait...
Okayama is a real world track...that has nothing to do with the cape ring...

I'm saying that those layouts may be of a variation of the Cape Ring that we haven't seen/noticed before.

Got it?

There is no possibility of that, all links at Cape Ring have been shown. We know all variations that use part of the full track.

The second one remembers me of Dijon Prenois, though I might be wrong.
