GT5 Pre-Order Bonuses?

Ok I'm getting the CE it says the ce comes with 5 cars is this the Chrome line cars or the 5 stealth cars this is kinda confusing. I'm getting it from gamestop US. Can someone please list the pre order cars stealth again for US

I am thinking that with the pre order bonus codes that you get emailed too you why not post the codes up here and then it does not matter what pre order bouns you get. We can all get the bonus cars.

I'd bet the codes will be unique and for one time use only. Like the Deadly Assassin / War Horse / etc. bonuses for RDR.

The CE comes with 5 Chromeline cars.

However certain store are offering extra stealth cars as an incentive to buy the game at their store.

Well unfortunately, given the history of pre-order codes (at least that I know of), they are usually unique and can only be used once.

I don't think the stealth cars are that much of an incentive to pre-order, if you're willing to wait. I'm more that positive these same cars will be available to everyone for a fee (DLC) in the future.

However, I'm not willing to wait. I think I'll order from either Wal-Mart or Best Buy. Though, I hate BB. Their customer service, and sales people, suck. They lied to me on a purchase for over $4,200, once. Wal-Mart also wont allow me to make online purchases anymore. Forcing me to fill out a form that must include my SS number is the reason. That's never going to happen, so Wal-Mart is out of the question, until I can figure something out. Seriously, is there anybody stupid enough to send out their SS via the internet?

I think I'd prefer the GTR-500 over the NSX. Though BB sucks badly, I guess I've got no choice if I want a stealth car of my choice at launch. I must pre-order from them. Too bad Newegg doesn't have a pre-order car. What happened to them? Fell asleep?

I was just thinking it would've been great if America got it's own Signature Edition that had a contest to win a Nissan GT-R and it's tin had Nissan GT-R paint since every other country has the SLS. Although I would rather want to win the SLS.

BEST BUY= GTR gt500
WAL-MART= NSX gt500

I am also getting a copy for my brother since I already have a CE pre-ordered from gamestop.
This is weird US has no audi R10 & mazda 787b stealth car? Or am I wrong? bumer, thats the ones I like o'well going to have to get the BB one then.

I think I mentioned the same thing in another thread. Im stuck with the Mclaren and GS Nascar, but Im guessing people can just trade their codes once they get 'em.

The cars aren't a big deal for me. What I really wanted was that GT-WALLET!

I wouldn't be so certain. I think they've thought of that, and therefore once you enter your code, all others are disabled. Plus, Even if you entered someone else's instead of your own (by trading) it may be smart enough to know where you bought that specific GT5, and therefore would not let you access the, lets say, R10 Stealth if you originally bought the game from Best Buy. The same applied to a NASCAR game back in 2004. If you bought it from wally world, you got extra cheats that did not work when you bought it from other retailers.

I was worried about that, cause the PSN is pretty strict with its regional barriers. I know for a fact that you cant redeem codes or downloads outside of your region without creating an Screename in that region. But what about interstate? For example, if someone has the stealth SLS and trades codes (b4 using them) with someone who has a stealth Mclaren in the same state. How can the network tell if you bought the game from BestBuy or Gamestop?

Yup, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. That's why I pre-ordered the CE from Gamestop, because they offer 2 stealth cars, sort of.

Well, when MAG was released. People could trade their pre order codes with other people. My code was from Amazon, and traded it with someone where there code was from Gamestop. It worked just fine, and I don't see why GT5 would be any different.

Blockbuster's still around!! Man, even though I bought my PS3 from them several years ago, a lot of their stores have closed down in NY. Im surprised they didn't give a bonus?
