I have this keyring also. Ordered @ play-asia at the time.

Its still unopened. I opened the game box 5 times only.

Yeah but I never recieved any codes at all. So I really can't call a Sony Rep until I have a code in hand.

I was referring to the fact that the gamestoppreorder code is missed up when i redeemed mine it would only give the nascar car (some got theres)
so when you get yours it should work

DLC code does not work for US version, so don't make my mistake! Oh well now I basically paid $90 for the standard version with no DLC haha.

Edit: If anyone has an extra DLC code for the stealth GT-R that would be greatly appreciated since my pre-order code from BB also seems to have fell through, really screwed it this time lol

So the DLC you got from eBay doesn't work with NA version of GT5? I really want these stealth models!!

Did anyone else notice the epic fail for the Canadian EB Games pre-order bonus?

On the cover, it mentions the code gives you the GameStop NASCAR, and Stealth McLaren F1 vehicles... But inside, it says it gives you the GameStop NASCAR and Stealth Mercedes SLS AMG vehicles. Then when you redeem the code, it gives you the vehicles on the cover?

and used the code anyway so can testify it works

GameStop has apparently started putting pre-order codes on receipts. This is how they prevent people from pre-ordering something and then cancelling their order after they got the pre-order bonus.

Downloaded the 2 GameStop cars (Nascar Camry and McLaren Stealth) and the set of Collectors Edition cars. All worked fine for me. Very nice to have a garage full of premium cars right from the start

Even though I haven't had a chance to bust out my Collector's Edition yet, I thought I'd call my local store to ask if they've had furious calls from people without codes. Turns out that was a big yes. They just got their codes in last night, promised to protect them only for those of us from the pre-order list, and that I can come in to grab it later. PHEW. I would have been pretty mad had I discovered that on my own on the weekend.

If you have not recieved your amazon code yet, just go into amazons help page, then contact and do a chat, don't call or email and they will look it up for you and email it straight to you without waiting. They are pretty easy to deal with on getting the coupon code.

Unlike gamestop who think gt5 came out for the 360.

Hey guys i figured out how to get preorder cars!!
I have a amazon preorder car, the SLS AMG.
my friend has the gamestop ce and i created a user account and logged into his psn, went to the downloads and downloaded the additional cars, then went back to my user account and the game added the cars!! wooooo

So yeah find someone willing to do it.

The sls amg at the bottom is my original amazon car, those above are all gamestop cars.

I have the sls amg linked to my account, so if someone wants to trade with me a car I dont have, we can do it. Just dont expect the cars my friend has. lol

edit = my original ps3 user account was named "User 1", and the 2nd one i created just to log into my friends psn was also named User 1, so i dont know if that helped.

Id like the nsx or the gtr, ill give you the sls amg.

You see, since I pre-ordered both the Standard Edition and the Collector's Edition...I received 2 sets of codes containing identical cars. And since it is Thanksgiving, the first person to PM me will get the code. I guarantee you it will work. No B.S. Just showing my love for the game and being a nice guy.
