...Plus it had a massive intercooler.
The inter cooler was smaller than a modern Evo intercooler. A buddy of mine still has a Starion, while the intercooler is thick I wouldn't by any means call it a "massive" intercooler. All that aside, I wish they would get these into the game. That rally version is just not cuttin it for me

If Car Town can get it, I'm sure PD can

^^^I am in the process of trying to get mine as we speak! LOL That stupid little game is effin addictive!

Not only Rauh Welt that Car Town had gotten away with using, but another Porsche type company called Vorsteiner.

If Car town can use this Porsche, the PD should be able to use it as well.

Car Town can obviously do it because the cars are heavily modified and essentially fictional versions of the car. PD aren't going to be doing that if they wanted to include them. pCARS is in the same position, if for whatever reason they don't manage to license all of their cars they would have to make large changes to them for it to be allowed.

Here was a link to a car that Gran Turismo were scanning for GT6 for PS4. GTPlanet brought news about it and then delleted it. I posted it on Twitter when it was first relased. Its obviously secret. The Ferrari P4/5, Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 and the Lancia Delta HF Integrale Rally Car were being scanned by the official Gran Turismo crew. I reckon the news was delleted because Polyphony officials claimed it to be secret.

The Tweet I made:

"Ferrari P4/5 Competizione Scanned by Polyphony Digital for Future Gran Turismo Game https://www.gtplanet.net/ferrari-p4...lyphony-digital-for-future-gran-turismo-game/ …"

At least 50% of standard cars converted into premium from GT5 and all tracks from other GT games (+ a few new tracks) + more F1 cars (newer and older - especially older) and being able to tune NASCAR cars :) Those cars are the bomb LOL

If this is true, now I'm really excited for GT6. I promise that I'm not setting my real expectations too high. TBH, as long as PD introduces at least a couple of new tracks or cars to the series as they usually do; I'll be happy to play the game.

Strange how The news was brought down :odd: ,it's already out .

Reckon it's either because Sony will release GT6 on the PS4 and intend to keep it a secret
or maybe some of the cars scanned are exclusives to another game or that PD encountered issue with said cars.

its a little bit sad that the news and the thread are gone
but i really want to know why its better to not discuss about it?

Jordan
Yes, I'm sorry, but I've learned that it's not really in the best interest of Gran Turismo fans to continue discussion about these cars. You'll just have to trust me on this one... :)
