Can anyone tell me how large the demo file is?

I just purchased a Playstation Plus account and after downloading Uncharted 3 and X-Com, I'm dangerously low on hard drive space.

The next round is at the real Silverstone. To get there you have to be in the top 16 for your region in the final qualifying event.

Ah. cheers for the reply:tup:. I thought they were going to drag it on over a few virtual events first, then do the real Academy.
I can't imagine how much fun and what an experience it would be to go there in the Academy for real. Am I right in saying you need to be 18 and have a drivers license, as I am 18 in August but I don't have a license, or haven't even taken a test:boggled:

If you're really thaaaat fast then I'd hurry with getting a driving license.

Really? I tried playing around with it a little, and it seems a lot harder to end up in Neutral when changing gears.

You should be able to shift no matter what rpm your at. The glitch is GTs biggest flaw for me.

The weight transfer is intense, it's so awesome.

Yeah, the understeer is really amazingly spot on from what I can tell early on mid-corner. Feels quite good, but the slip angle progression still isn't there.

The weight transfer and suspension model really make you notice a difference STRAIGHT away. I imagine tuning will be a lot more intuitive in GT6. Going from the regular 370Z to the tuned one for the GTA qualifier you can easily notice a big difference in stiffness.

The FFB has improved, but not by too much. I wish I could feel more of what the tires were doing through it. It's excellent in giving you a sense of the attitude of the car, and really responsive under load. It's a subtle improvement, but not all the way there.

Most importantly though, they somehow managed to make roadcars even more fun to drive this time. Can't wait to get my hands on the full game, looking really promising.

Please don't kill me. :D

Why? That's really funny as hell. LMAO!

A shame it's not improved, but I'll wait for the final product to judge. Maybe it's WIP.

* Changing the video title to GT6 DEMO would be good too.

Are you talking about a hypothetical video export feature or the in-game frame rate?
In case of the latter, I totally agree.

Ooops! Sorry, thought you were talking about the in-game frame rate. :ouch:
I'll make sure to read everything next time. :)

A Nissan Leaf in the demo? For this being available to the general public for free they should of put in the new Viper or Shelby GT500 to appeal to casuals, and atleast get your heartrate pumping a little. A lot of casual gamers say they dont like GT because its boring, well a Leaf isn't the best way to counter this. Yeah I know we get a 370Z and GTR too, but both have already been in GT5 and aren't brand new cars. Just my opinion.

I'm looking forward to playing it myself sometime after work or later this week though.

Lmao not improved? its worst, its safe to assume if the AI is still a WIP then more stuff is too. That is funny and no jaggies make it look tons better.
In US you can start checking for store update around 3pm-ish est.

It's the NISSAN GT Academy powered by Gran Turismo 6. Clue is in the name. It's not a demo of Gran Turismo 6.
