You are still forced to drive it at the beginning. I wonder how much money Honda threw at PD to make that happen!Just had a wonderful thought , because I am getting the LE edition with the 1 Million credits I won't have to drive the Honda Fit , buy it yup , but not drive it .
So technically I can still buy the first Car I wan't to actually Drive

Kaz dropping by Hudson Rebuild Live feed at 1PM PST today. I heard the last part of the notification, i'm pretty sure it's today.
Wish I could get good internet for $5 a month. They can afford a $60 game but can't afford basic internet ($5/month)?
Hard to believe...
I can understand people in remote area's where internet isn't an option, but... that's not the majority of GT players by a long shot.

True but you have to ask here what exactly are you 'buying'?
Are you buying a semi cheat or help that will get you money that might even be easily attainable through seasonal events
Are you buying an excuse for PD not to have a better Career structure?
Are you spending and equivilant(price) of a whole game to purchase an in game car?
This Micro transactions are there for PD to make easy money, who ever buys it is falling for a pretty daft plan.
these prices are terrible, I was Supporting PD for having free cars in a day one update unlike other games with Day one DLC but I condemn this.
Not even download. I'm pretty sure they are patched into the game otherwise they wouldn't work online. You will download a tiny activation file that allows you to use them in game. But basically yes Doodle is right, they will go straight to your garage.I'm pretty sure once you download them from the PS Store, they'll go straight to your garage.
Don't believe everything people tell youHmmm someone told me that you'll have to buy them after we get them.
Yes, hard to believe but true. Another fact is more people have cellphones than people have toilets. So people can afford a PS3 and GT6 but no internet, not even wired. They can afford a $60 game but can't afford basic internet ($5/month)?

I wouldn't be surprised if more people use a wireless connection than wired to be honest, given the amount of computer users on laptops and other mobile devices.Yes, hard to believe but true. So, if 10million copoes of gt5 were sold and only 1.21 gigawa... I mean, 1.25 million users participated in GT Academy(provided all 10million buyers knew about GT Academy), why not all 10million users that bought GT5? Or at least download it? Anyway, I'll have my copy and patch in about 27 hours.
Whilst I appreciate the anomalies like cell phones vs toilets, I would be very surprised if the majority of PS3 users didn't have an internet connection of some description.Yes, hard to believe but true. Also was quite a huge download. Some people with slow net or download caps could have given up.There's too many possible reasons to list for that one, but the two easiest ones I can think of:
1. It wasn't available in every country that GT5 was.
2. Some people just don't care for the competition aspect that GTA deals with.
It will work in exactly the same way as did in the days of the unconnected console. E.g. PS1. You just play the disc you get out of the box.Since we all cant back up real numbers, main thing is, how will this work for people without internet?
