Hate to be the one to break it to you but there are a lot of people who can't afford the internet. I'm just scaping by myself... I pay $60 a month for internet connection! As for the GT6 Anniversary Edition - $115!

Australia used to be called "The Lucky Country", now it's just a bit better than some of the worst! We get ripped off for everything by everyone!!!

Surely there's cheaper deals than that for internet?

Just buy the standard addition, who would pay that much for a game?

Hey guys, I got GT6, gonna be posting up a livestream on my Twitch channel here later today, I'll let you all know when it's up.

Those guys building the Hudson are playing GT6

Some good discussion on physics and GT6 engine

And the guy who has driven the Quattro group B in real life said the GT6 version handles the same way :)

I can't wait to hear about the physics from someone who isn't on an official Sony video. What would you expect them to say?

29,500Cr :)

But you will be forced to use the Fit RS as your first car i'm afraid.

Thanks for the info. Shame ya can't pick the first anymore. Always kinda liked shopping around for my first car. But...if the old games starter cash was any indication I would have been about 10k shy anyway. :)

You actually get 30k to start you off this time around...

I'm rubbing salt into the wound aren't I... :(

This is what Scottiedawg means by getting ripped off by everyone. http://www.carsguide.com.au/buy-a-car?makes=490&models=4294964561 and I see plenty Lambos, GT-R's, AMG's and Mp412-C coupe and MP412C spider here in Melbourne.

There are cheaper deals but, for what I use it for, I need to pay this much. 100GB that includes VOIP.

As for the game? Well, I just wanted that edition! I'm beyond giving a crap! I don't like the fact that I had to pay so much for it, but I also don't care that I did... if that makes sense?!

I'm watching the Hudson rebuild live and they just played Laguna Seca. It was DEFINETLY updated.

regarding Sounds- The Japanese guy(Taku or something?) that is with the Hudson team says that "Other games heavily modify sounds so they sound more meaty. Ours are more raw and forced into the game" "We know we're not the best in sound but are improving"

Taku just stated that they will start paying attention to internet forums in order to determine future updates and dlc; however, ultimately, the final choice is up to Kaz as to what makes it into the game.

Also, organizing one-make races online will be easier to do in GT6.

Did they just say we can set limits to gear ratios in online rooms? The feed dropped when the mechanic mentioned spec miata series.

That's what I heard.
I don't believe that

Taku is answering fan questions at 4 PM PST(2 hours from now). They didn't mention where you could submit them.

Got my copy today. Just wanted to tell you because I know you want to know. ;)

But seriously, I would say that the cars feel more physical than ever. So far in all games I've had the feeling that I'm driving a feather light car on ice in low gravity, but in GT6 there's a heavy snappy impact when a car drops from the curb back to the road. The physics numbers feel like they are dead on, not just in relation to one another, but absolutely.

Oh, and the lighting is great.

... and the difficulty, at least in the early game, is even easier than before.

That's one mean looking dog
What's his/hers name if you don't mind me asking?

Microtransactions are optional. If someone wants to spend money to get credits in GT6, it's not an issue or does it affect my experience playing the game.

Note that they also say the game progress isn't affected by microtransactions being implemented.

Guy is a race driver, they were just discussing candidly
Seemed legit - not a prepped video or anything, live stream

So he randomly showed up to speak, candidly, in front of a film crew for Sony, at an event promoting their brand new game?

No the game was setup in the garage which is rebuilding the Hudson, he co owns the place I presume
It's just a webcam live stream
They were discussing and playing a bit in a lull/break in the rebuilding

Wrong, it's even worse: 39.99 pounds or 49.99 euros.

That's 65-70 USD.

Just about as much as the game itself.

Well, I think it's great. Make people realize that there is to reason to spend $65 when you can get the same thing in the game through a little work.
