As soon as I earned enough money I ditched the Fit and bought the '78 Trans Am. Great second car, lots of cars now because of prizes too.

Knowing that car is on the game, I really can't wait for his review.

Literally the exact first thing I thought when I saw the El Camino.

I've been spending Day 1 of GT6 trying the Arcade cars. I will be posting reviews of several tomorrow. Haven't touched the career mode yet.

I have my copy here but I can't play it right now... Heard about the surprisingly awesome twist they did with the Special Events; I still think this series really needs to just ditch the career, but it's a welcome addition anyway. I'm hoping there are some other nice (and important) changes to detail, stuff that most people would miss (mostly because they're too busy complaining about nonexistent nonsense).

As a random side note, I bought a Legacy B4 Blitzen just now and to my surprise, it has the option to remove the wing! I was hoping for this too.
So I suppose some Standards do allow you to remove the wings after all! 💡

Is there a 3rd update?
Already downloaded 1.01 and the small update earlier in the morning. Booted up PS3 right now and another update notification popped up.

Yea, I just now received an update notification myself after playing all day. I already had the other two updates installed from initial game start up,

When you do a free race at Tsukuba, time is locked, but I've done a few career races at different time of the day on the same track....

So far so good. The new UI is awesome. The races are a good balance of being easy and difficult. Been able to gold most of the races and events with little trouble. And comfort tires don't make you understeer like mad anymore, making the cars feel much more natural. A lot of fun, really.

They are only difficult if you make them difficult by using severely underrated cars.

Is there no more pit-stop animation? Everytime I drive through the pit-lane, it auto-drives me passed the garages and drives along.

My guess is when we get the update for B-Spec, Course Maker etc., will probably get the endurance races, updates to the menus adding B-Spec.

Totally waiting for new updates :)

nice example from online restrictions, you can't restrict tires on "one-make" race, all allowed and nothing can be done, only PP limited room settings allows tire regulation restrictions. duff.. PD HELP!
I don't think that's true. I just did a one-make in the BRZ race car with some buddies and I restricted it to sport soft, the car comes with racing hard and we all had to change tires to get on track.

Have you driven it before?
Yes. I have the 15th Ann as well. I find it the most balanced of the GT3 cars so far (im going to buy a Z4 GT3 shortly). The R8LMS ultra feels quick to rotate under braking. The GT-R breaks loose its tyres more when boost comes on in low gears(I use a DS3).

Is this happening for one pacific event or all of them?
It most have been an isolated case. I haven't heard anything since. It's still early. I'm not having any issues personally.

just got the game, I don't know how is working in other regions but my copy of the game (standard edition) came with the voucher for the 25 cars with the 15th anniversary livery, the special racing suit, the paint chips pack and avatars for the PSN profile, I just got the B license, at the moment I like the game more than GT5 , but that engine sound is awful and framerate is distracting in cockpit view
