It's open in arcade mode if you just want to drive on it.

Not right away. I've only completed novice and it's locked in arcade.

Edit: never mind, it's because I was under race and not time trial.

I don't think that's true. I just did a one-make in the BRZ race car with some buddies and I restricted it to sport soft, the car comes with racing hard and we all had to change tires to get on track.

You are right, bugging some times those setup sheets from online.
Too many things still missing what we had on 5, like specially waiting max scale setting to come back.

The heads up display on at least the C7 Corvette works. Pretty cool!

The C6 ZR1 in GT5 has a HUD too. I'm not sure about the ZO6 though.

Is it me, or is the steering (I'm using G25) stupidly fast?

In short, the higher you set the steering sensitivity (which is meant for the controller) the longer the steering radius will be. If you keep it at Zero, the default setting, it will steer too quickly. If you set it to 5 or 6, it'll feel more like road car.

Yes. I have the 15th Ann as well. I find it the most balanced of the GT3 cars so far (im going to buy a Z4 GT3 shortly). The R8LMS ultra feels quick to rotate under braking. The GT-R breaks loose its tyres more when boost comes on in low gears(I use a DS3).

Fair enough. Its not a thrilling ride but, Im happy its in the game. I have a matte black one like Erebus Motorsport's. Just need a few more stickers and a number.

Goodwood gives out some great prizes. The little rocket car for the first series and the Plymouth Ghia for the second. Not sure about the third yet. Also, it pays out a lot of creds.

For those who are curious about how quickly you can make money, i made almost 300k in about 3 hours. Not bad, really. But, I'm still on the NB license races. So great for the early goings.

Moon missions pay out almost 100k, IIRC.

Yup, downloaded a few hours ago, now the light hi/low beam/flash does not work, or the horn for that matter.

There are more alternatives, on the PC. To me and considering release dates, the current competition, GT6 feels more arcadey than GT5 did in its time. I think the gap between PC sims and console games has increased since 2010, though bear in mind I haven't tried the newest forza.

I thought I was imagining things, guess I'm not. That does suck. I would happily pay around 400k for them, same as the other GT3 cars. Guess those ones will have to wait til I got the money.

Goodwood's third series gives you the '59 Corvette Stingray Race Car Concept for all gold. So:

Series 1: Light Car Company Rocket ’07
Series 2: Plymouth XNR Ghia Roadster ’60
Series 3: Chevrolet Corvette StingRay Racer Concept ’59

Pretty good prizes.
