I watched the end credits and i noticed loeb and vettel as voice actors. But havent seen them in game?

Looks like the latest mini-update enabled L1 and R1 wheel buttons in menu. I;ve seen somewhere that Audi R8 LMS price was over 5mil, now it is 1,5. Don;t know if it was updated now or in some of previous updates.

They're making small changes in micro updates instead of holding them off for bigger patches? Must be how they have the game core built.

That also saves them time, and I believe, money with not having to deal with Sony's patch system.

something fun, look at what this guy did to his GTR, go straight to 5:23.

On a side note ... Is there a way to set the start time on the embedded video?

Just had another Update , an flipping hell the Menu's are even quicker than before :scared:

Just wish they'd add a changelog so I knew what there up too :dunce:

yeah that's a good car :)
Also i like what some of the aftermarket tuners have done like G Power, they put Twin Superchargers on it.

Ill upload Pics of the engine bay when i get home.

Can the 15th Anniversary edition be purchased in stores or is it a pre-order exclusive? I pre-ordered from EB Games (Canadian Game Stop) and they tell me day of release there is a problem with my order.. The only reason I pre-ordered was for the 15th Anniversary edition..
Sorry for the late reply but, I bought the 15th Ann. Version from the shelf at my local GameStop on release day and with it included vouchers for the 25 cars, race suit, paints, etc.

These small updates kind of freak me out. It would be nice to know what is being changed every 5 minutes or so.

I went from version 1.01.69157022 to version 1.01.69205182 with the latest update.
You can see the full game version with the in-game manual.

I'm just going to try and do that then.

I'm sorry to go off-topic, but Gran Turismo 2's intro was okay at best to me. Everyone's like "best ever!" on it, but GT2's intro was okay to me. It just didn't stick out at me as the other GT titles' intros. To each his/her own.

Other impressions I got from videos is how much more fluid and interesting going through races seem. The new star system reminds me somewhat of "NFS Shift." The real eye opener for GT6 was in the new tutorial and in having a car already picked out rather than you find a car yourself. That's what I picked up when I saw Inside Sim Racing's nearly hour-long video. I think that sort of takes away from the open-ended sort of nature regarding Gran Turismo games, but I do understand trying to offer a tutorial. Even I support trying to make GT more accessible to people. You know, not to say GT is NEVER accessible. It isn't like GT is any of the SimBin games or rFactor or whatever.

Until I eventually get Gran Turismo 6, all I'll go by is impressions from other sources. And unlike Gran Turismo 5, my impressions with GT6 are more positive than the ones I've gotten from GT5 even as I still was without a PlayStation 3. My GT6 legacy will hopefully begin sooner rather than later.

Do you think MR cars are now more difficult to drive? I have tried some and they all seem to spin more easily in lift-off oversteering into corner. Cizeta felt nearly impossible to control at first and same for lotus europa.

The MR cars were always a bit twitchy. With the new physics engine, you just have to take that into consideration and do your braking before turn in. I've been doing a lot of races in the NSX. Adding flat bottom and wing to the car significantly increased downforce and reduces the twitchiness. But once you settle the car, you can roll on the power and it corners like a dream.

The AI tries to cheat again by entering overpowered cars. Example: it entered the Caterham in the British Lightwieghts races. It has 560PP when they limit is 550PP. But that is an easy fix. I entered the LCC by simply lowering the power a little bit.

In the first race of Supercar Festival on International B, I tried to start it and it said "The race cannot be started. The race information is invalid." Any solutions to help?

I've had this happen 2 or 3 times and I've fixed it in 2 different ways:

A) Return to GT6 Main Menu and afterwards head back to the race.
B)
Quit the Game and then Open it again.

OR - Fighting other bugs I've encountered, this worked:

C) Enter a different race in another series and when finished, go back to the one that is being naughty.
D) All of the above in the order A, C, B

I'm having a fantastic time driving in GT6, but I won't mince words, the thing is buggy as hell.
