I'm guessing it's the new seasonal events that GTPlanet reported about. The ones with the Jaguar XKR-S and the Toyota 86 GT.

Well, adding that to my list of glitches I never dealt with in GT6.

Honestly I haven't had any issues with the game, it froze once after a championship but that's it. Nor have I run into any bugs. I guess I'm just lucky.

When saving race replays (specifically online races) if you don't watch them right away but instead come back to them a day or two later they lock up your system when loading.

GT6 looks pretty darn realistic compared to the others, I must say.

I think GT6 looks better than FM5 in these shots, but Project CARS is the closest really.

Not if you look at trees, colors, and some other things too.. Look at geography of mountains in background coming down off of hill in pCars. Actually I think pCars is furthest from reality. Look at pic 19 through 22 for examples, 20 and 22 especially. And look at trees in pic 4 compared to GT6 and reality. pCars has some weird puffy cartoon trees in a lot of places. They look ok, but just not as real. In full screen, they probably look a lot better than GT6 overall though.

Remember though, these are thumbnail views. At 1080p, I think in real time, the actual gfx are better in other games, but as far as general shapes and colors and 3D models and whatnot, GT6 does pretty good, even compared to F5, and pCars.

Ok, pic 23 through 29, then that's it.. Just the rest of the lap. I found with pics it is easier to study differences than looking at video, even if you pause it a lot.

Look at pics I pointed out to you in last post. Trees especially don't look most real.

Anyways, some spots do look better than others and more "real" than others in all the games I think. Lighting is most similar on GT6 compared to vid, but that doesn't change shape of trees, or geography, or stuff like that.

Real life looks the best in my opinion.

Seriously though, I noticed there's a lot of motion blur in the GT6 pictures, if they were taken in photomode on a proper setting they would look miles better. I can only imagine the person who made those pictures is slightly biased towards the other franchises.

I'm not looking at trees when I'm driving, so for me the details I'm looking at are tarmac and walls/bridges etc. I've never played pCars - GT is the only sim I've ever played, so for me the lighting is better in pCars. I can hardly see the track on the FM5 pics it's just so dark, GT6 has most grungy and real-life textures on the tarmac etc, but the lighting looks off.

Yeah, I spotted that, too. Since the "rally mode" in GT5 used course creator themed point-to-point "stages", I assumed we'd get a "real"(er) rally mode in a future update, once the course creator was working fully.

God I loved that car when I was a kid. Still do. The LM version in GT2 was such a fun car, and it was hilarious because it was exactly the same as the stock version in every single way except...it had a massive rear wing. "LM" it was not!
