I would presume so. If it doesn't come that way, it'll be added in through an update like it was for GT5. Even G25/G27 support came through an update but I wouldn't worry about that having to happen again. Anyone have a good reason why that could be wrong? I really don't want to give misleading information in these circumstances.

I completely understand and think theirs no reason for it not to be in the game from launch.
I just don't understand why theirs so little to go on at this date. The way things are going it'll be open the box and see what's inside..
I remember first turn on of GT5 and being very disappointed looking through the new car garages and thinking WTF where's all the decent cars.
Don't get me wrong I love GT5 but there was some shocking omissions from car companies that they had rights to

There is info about the underlying parts of the game, the tech and physics etc. There are cars and tracks but when it comes to the gameplay content and features we know next to nothing. All we know about A Spec is what it won't have. Then we have course maker which as above may not make the disc.

But please, if there is something i'm missing do enlighten me.

That there is a lot of information out there. It's not all merely:

Yeah, you know sometimes looking isn't enough. Sometimes you also need to read.

Looking implied, reading.
If you've something useful to share please by all means do so. The features we're talking about aren't listed at all.
So yet again what's your point

So there are oranges, but no apples.
All I'm saying is that we're not out of fruits.

And yet you didn't read, because you're assuming that I said things that I didn't.
Look at the fruit analogy above.

To break it down:

There's that someone saying: "We don't have any fruit."
Then there's me saying: "We do have a lot of oranges."
Then there's you saying: "But I'm talking about apples."
And then I say: "Go back and read."

The problem is oranges are out of season. We are now in apple season :) Michigan has some of the best apples in the country!

Of course you'd say that eran, you see a field of flowers named GT6 the more realistic of us see a hardly any vegetation.

What.....the bloody hell are you going on about? People said we don't know about FEATURES/GAMEPLAY in GT6 on disc, you directed us to the website where there was no such information and now you're babbling on about fruit?

On the contrary, a lot of the negative rethorics around here are based on the assumption that 1+0=0; if they don't provide everything, they have provided nothing.

If you want 2 but only got 1 - don't say that you've got 0.

Was the analogy too complicated for you? I don't think it was, but rather you found that you couldn't attack what it said, so you attacked the analogy itself.

You said features/gameplay. Not the person I responded to.

What is this, Gran Turismo philosophy? Nobody said they haven't given the info they have, we've said they haven't given us gameplay and features info. Quite simple, really.

Then you should direct your comments to whomever it did concern and not the forum so generally and avoid this confusion 💡

The analogy was extremely straightforward. That doesn't imply that it holds any relevance when it is formed to back up an obtuse-to-the-point-of-confusing response to a specific question.

I'm starting to have real concerns about GT6, the past couple of game events might as well have been no shows, the launch date is quickly approaching and what do we have to look forward to? A list of 'may come in an update' features.

What do we have to look forward to? A list of 'may come in an update' features.

And everything that is on the website.

I'm sorry, I thought the use of quote tags would make that obvious enough for everyone.

^That?

And now you're making the assumption that he wasn't aware of those things, in addition to the assumption you made that posting a link to the GT6 website (not even the news section of it, but the GT6 hub page) with no context whatsoever would be understood to actually mean anything. You might as well have just posted a link to the Google homepage and said "there's news somewhere".

Don't impose your dogma on all of us, some of us know how to be fans with out the glazed over look and GT shirt on our back. Yet again you twist about to try and somewhat fathom a point that you really can't materialize. None of us ever said we've been given Zero, but what we have been told has be so ambiguous and obviously drive toward hype for people to mule over their money like GT5 that I find it laughable and insulting that you think there is an abundance of information about this game. Go look any other game up that is to be released soon and you'll find gameplay reviews, a run down of features new or old and redone and even first day or planned DLC content.

The lack of information is scary, we don't know anything about career mode, or really much of anything about the game other then track, better physics. PD needs to get with the times, most game companies have a site and have it updated with information on the game PD is in the dark ages.

I have low expectations as PD doesn't seem to care about AI, sound, or the game as much as they do about it just being driving cars. The game portion needs a lot of work.

So now Interlagos is coming.

http://jogos.uol.com.br/ultimas-not...6-mostrara-os-inicio-da-carreira-de-senna.htm

I get the feeling that we are all being played to keep our expectations low.

Maybe we will get our hats knocked off after all.

Edit: reread article, perhaps I have jumped the gun. DLC?

When it makes the official website then I'll believe it. It's not there yet, unlike all the other "confirmed" tracks.

The conference started by saying the partnership between Sony and Senna institute was a year in the making. Its not a deal just being made. Kaz and PD are tight lipped about things. A month ago no one saw this coming.

A year in the making could mean anything in business. A year ago Kaz picked up the phone and said, "Hey let's do something". Response:"See us at BGS". At BGS they hammer out a rough deal on a handshake and it's done.

It could mean a lot of things, but essentially it means nothing, until we see how the content is implemented in the game. If it's anything like how they used Jeff Gordon or SebVet, that won't cut it in a current day game, save that for a decade ago and don't bother.

Hmm. Heres a tip. Those who are eager for news, why not just go outside? Draw a picture, play a video game, do something while waiting for news because it only stores stress and fustration (of course). That's what I do anyways, and it works. ;)

It does defeat the point of the forum, when you constantly say this because people are being hard on your favorite game. We're pointing out reality when we say Kaz doesns't inform much.

That doesn't really solve the problem though, does it? We've been "going outside" since May.

Not right now but he's talking as if we've been here 24/7 since May baying for news and updates.

Impatient consumers are not caused by PD or Kaz.

The issue would likely be a lot closer to home. Possibly a spoilt upbringing, steroids in chicken, short attention span, dodgy uncle etc etc.

...speaking of an uncle I think we found the crazy one, you.

Are we impatient? This is a product that the company wants us to buy, some may do that blindly with no information but some of us want the company to give us some reasons to do so.

I have enough already.

I'll see myself out now thank you very much.
