What am I missing about Big Willow? Are there actually any overtake areas that don't involve just waiting for someone to throw themselves off the track? The only times I got overtaken were shove-to-pass and attempted PIT maneuvers, and then I threw myself off the track and my race is over on lap 2. Is this supposed to be fun?
I love Big Willow. Get a run out of the final corner (as people usually mess up going too fast and run wide) and turn 1 is a prime slot. Same thing through the long righthand turn 2 to set up a pass into the left at turn 3. You just need to get alongside and it's almost a guaranteed pass. There's really no way anyone can hang around the outside, the margin of error is too small with the desert beckoning so they invariably back out.

I might be in the minority here, but I actually love the Race A track/car combo. Did some qualifying laps, managed an early P12 (which will of course not last for long). No real braking points, just winging it, because every corner approach depends on the last corner exit, of the speed you are carrying and if you are straight (driving, i mean😜) or sliding.

Too bad that there's no DR to gain. Would be a race tailor-made for me. Slow and slidy.🤣

You're sitting 14 on the global ranking mate nice work!

Is it already in sight which cars perform best on this weeks dailies?

This week i will maybe try Race A+B with qualy for good positions and race C without qualy for some fun in the midfield, i hope.

Looks like i was right about the 155 around Gardens reverse for Race C. Just did 3 laps and already 3 seconds faster than anything else I tried.. and look at the rankings board!

For Race B, I think the Mazda RXV will be the top car, but there are others (such as the McLaren 650S and Renault R.S 01) that also drive really well at Big Willow.

Wow this Week NO Race for me..OK i´m fine with that.

What's interesting is my testing time on RH matches the current fastest with BOP. Seems like all cars are 3 seconds slower with BOP, so no real balancing.

So why even apply BOP? Just let everyone race what they like at full potential (factory settings) and let us enjoy it...

The bop in this game is just ridiculous. So far the most fun I've had was the first week at Daytona when a glitch forced PD to allow setup and tuning changes (and I don't like making tunes or setups). There are so many gr3/gr4 cars which I would like to drive but are just not competitive.

Strategy continues to be lacking in Daily C.

And what happen to dynamic weather.

Unfortunately I'm stuck with this game on PS4, but if I had the money I would quickly buy a PC and never pick up this game again.

a joke week, big willow and gardens are the worst circuits in the game.
I used to agree with you on both counts. But I learned to love them both. Big Willow is a hard track to be really fast at, every miniscule mistake costs tons of time, but it's also a fantastic track to practice putting pressure on your opponent.
Gardens is like Big Willow in that it's definitely harder than it looks. It looks so wide, yet for the majority of the track it's a narrow piece of it you can go really fast on.

Doesn't need to be dynamic, just any weather other than bone dry would be nice. Give us a rainy daily (not Gr.4, no AWD crutch).

To be honest i like the other willow variants but big willow no.

Just did my first Race A. It went almost as expected. The world leader was on pole, I started P4. First turn, someone forgets to brake and punts me into the grass, third turn someone forgets to brake and punts me into Barry R. P12, race over. I stayed in it, but only managed to come back to P9, while almost abandoning fairplay. Oh well.

I’ve been watching a few YTers and the Dragons Tail reverse looks like a decent track. Defo will be giving it go later.
Big Willow I’m not too sure I’ll race on. I can just see it been quite dirty in the DR B lobbies. I’m expecting people to push each other off into the sand.
