Since I felt competitive with the Alfa at DF, regardless the level of sportsmanship, I'll be around Suzuka this week. Only 4 laps is not much, but the rolling start will help minimise the first corner's carnage, hopefully.

Did you cross the pit entry/exit lines?I got 2 penalties totaling 6 seconds in one Race C, the first time not even seeing a car or a flag.

I'm struggling with understeering on race C in my Porsche. I hate first sector but this is maybe time to try to learn how to manage sector 1 on Nürburgring GP. What about track limits? A lot of cars drive really of the circuit in turn 5, Is it no limits here?

I believe modern GT500 also don't have ABS. Not sure about GT300 - but I think it's the same boat in that all aids are disallowed across the series.Nither Hypercars nor LMP cars use ABS. Also Formula cars don't use ABS

Just experiment with what feels good for you.
As for cars they are fairly all balanced here although need slightly different driving styles. I'd recommend trying the 650 or 458 as they are extremely stable cars. Try to brake a fraction earlier and coast a bit so you get nice clean acceleration over trying to make loads of time going in to the corners
Sure GT3 cars are equipped with ABS. For Proto and LMDh iit's formally prohibited (you're right on that), but I've read recently on Autosport an interview of a top LMDH driver speaking about the problem he faced to adapt to "ABS sort of", coming from formulas. Need to go back to find that if needed. Basically it works differenttly from an actual ABS where the load on disks vary at the same position of the pedal (wich is formally forbidden as said). From what I learned, those systems use the hybrid system to "push" the car when a blokage is about to happen, so the pedal is always at same position regarding the load (wich doesn't change) that it applies to the disks (engine and diff. mapping come in to play also in this).Nither Hypercars nor LMP cars use ABS. You guys ever mess up you times when on a hot lap? So I am qualifying between races at Barcelona, really, really tidy lap, felt bang on. I am hustling but smooth, felt great, I think I am up 7 or 8 tenths, this is gonna be a monster lap .... i cross the line annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd I had half an eye on my session best no overall best so fell 2 tenths short of beating my qualy time.
Like a frightened turtle.
It's the fast right handers. I was racing a guy through sector 1 no worries, sector 2 no worries, i was clearly faster but not a lot of space to pass. I gain like a second through the blind up hill right and we get to the last sector and that first fast right I clatter into him, he hit the brakes and i lift for a millisecond. I did a couple of races earlier but there was about 6 seconds between the fastest and slowest qualifiers, which leads to some interesting moments 🙈 the lead couple of cars were about 40 seconds ahead by the end of the race.
Last week I've made an 1:31.916 at DF. The next lap in that session I was down of 0.586 at T2... ending the lap at 1:31.942... 0.6 sec loss in one last hairpin where normally I can drive blind without issues (with my heartbeat at 300-350 bpm).
