Also, if we are in the same crew we don't need everybody on our friendlist right? Mine is almost full, that's why I'm asking.

I have had my same online character since day 1. To save your progress switch to one of your campaign characters. Then switch back to you online character.

I did go back to single player before I quit but that was all I did. Im pretty sure it said something about it will save automatically. I have work friday till monday so I hope when I can play again most of this stuff will be fixed.

It asks if you want to override your current save. If you say no, goodbye online character and current online progress.

I had players saved twice, and lost them both. I do have autosave off, and might not have exited back to single player.

Finally, got through the tutorial rubbish by using Solo Session, might just have been luck. Loading up now, let's see if my progress was saved properly when I get back on, if I get back on.

Edit - Got straight back in, however am miffed about something else now. I went to Ammunation and my DLC weapons were not there, they were available yesterday when I was briefly online.

Edit 2 - Fixed that, redownloaded the SE activation file from the store and they are back.

I pressed X which is yes on playstation I played in morning and then came back a few hours later and it was still there. I saved had dinner came back and it was gone.

I've yet to try that function, but I suspect it works as good as the "regular" lobby/crew/friends chat...

(Microphones is needed for the phone calls as well, right?)

I love the option to make it so that you can only hear your friends. The whole lobby with mics does get annoying.

Yeah you need a mic to call.

I am going to be sticking to private servers from now on and focus mainly on robbing stores. I want to do co-op modes online but that does not seem to be a selectable option. The online seems to be random which kinda sucks. In GTA4 you could pick the exact specific event you wanted to attend. Cant do that in GTA5. Hopefully this is something that gets resolved in the near future. Or maybe unlocks at a higher level. I am currently level 10.

I was playing fine, then it got stuck trying to load a mission, so I quit game and went back on, tried another job and stuck same place again.

Was really into it too.
