Theres a money glitch in the Pacific Standard job. Seen the video on youtube. Basically the host has to be very kind and take 0% cut. The host has to disconnect at a certain point after getting to the boat in the finale, but the rest of the crew still get the money. Host can go back and re-do the finale without setups. Rinse and repeat - approx 400k each per time.

Anyone tried it, know if its genuine?

Come to mention this. I did the finale from the prison break heist and the host and his buddy took 0%, then the pilot left after about 3 minutes.

Maybe that explains why I kept getting so many invites yesterday for the Pacific Standard heist. :ouch:

I think someone should start a poll on which DLC vehicles are the worst. I have a feeling that the Furore GT will be high up on the list since it costs nearly half a million dollars, it barely has any customization options, and it's nowhere near the pace of the top sports cars.

Personally, the Armored Kuruma is fine if it's usage meets my requirements of:
  • Being used as long as everyone agrees to use one in a mission(...Or using it alone, PC territory or not, whoops)
  • Not being used for griefing in public lobbies(Although, since i'm a PC person, it doesn't matter too much when just about every public lobby is gonna be filled with a hacker.)
  • Some other thing i came up with before writing the post, but forgot, because i'm me.
If it doesn't meet all of those requirements(...All when/if i remember the third one), it's probably being driven by one of those people that think that doing such "things" is funny.

I think it's acceptable to use against spawnkillers or griefers. I've never used one in a situation like that because I'm a hopeless scrub at PvP and just play Online Singleplayer (Invite-only lobbies).

I usually do that too, but I have also started doing deathmatches to get better at PvP. I've clearly saw an improvement in my play since I started doing that. I usually only use my Kuruma in private lobbies, but when I got an issue with griefers, I tend to rely upon the Insurgent since it can survive an RPG blast. It also helps that I have friends who are good snipers and also know modders, so when the worst case scenario happens in public lobbies (guys with modded accounts bringing in a modder as backup), my friends and I can fight back.

Is it possible to paint the trim on the armored cars? I've noticed that they have grey trim instead of the chrome on their normal variants.

I doubt it. Aside from the thicker windows and panels on the side of the cars, the gray trim is the only way of telling the regular and armored versions apart.

So tired of this happening...

Oh Rockstar servers...

Either this happens to me, or whenever I select "Find new session," I'm put into a lobby by myself.

Every. Single. Time.

It's such a buzz kill because the loading times are still atrocious and you basically wasted 2 minutes, that felt like an eternity, to be put into an empty lobby.

This happens to me in almost every lobby I go into for the past week. I don't mind it much when I'm just driving around but when it happens during a freemode event (especially when I'm winning) it gets really annoying.

I only really use my Armoured Kuruma for doing missions, only because I'm grinding and dying is not acceptable.
The Zentorno was great when it came out but I think they should have made it about 2-3M considering its pretty much as fast as the T20. It may have stopped some people buying it and acting like fools.

I played again last night for the first time after swearing I'd never play again because a friend talked me into it, I bought a 4th property then he showed me the V12 Schafter and lowriders - is it me or does one of them resemble the Buick Grand National? I only looked briefly - then, right on cue, an Insurgent found and killed us. But I didn't see a single bulletproof car and I won some sort of event by destroying loads of stuff but I think I spent more on ammo than I won from it.

So I was cruising into Paleto Bay and for the first time I noticed that they had a sign...

That happened to be full of bullet holes.

Its a welcoming place, I assure you.

Intrigued by this magnificent discovery, I decided to add a few bullet holes myself.

As you can see, there isn't much to do out here.

*snip*

I Thought I was the only one who gets this problem from time to time...

I get this in every single session I connect to. If I'm lucky I will stay for around 40 minutes before it gets me, usually it's 15-20'. And on top of that, if I try to find a new session I time out while loading. *grumpy*

@Carl the Sloth, I can assure you that Paleto Bay is one of the most peaceful and welcoming places there can be in GTAO. I have an apartment there (4401 Procopio) and it's saved me from a lot of bounty hunters. Paleto is also good for roleplaying (if that's your cup of tea) and hanging out with friends without worrying about griefers. :)
