Yeah, I agree with most of the posts above. I've decided to leave the crew and will be doing my own thing in terms of crews. Not stealing members or anything nor am I posting with that intent, for those of you interested (who said they wish to join a new crew once it is up) feel free to contact me via pm's (or PSN: NotIntegrated / Skype: bran197310) as I'll be sorting things out tonight. I wish you all & the crew the best of luck and hope things do turn around. It has been great playing with many of you and making new friends. Anyone who wishes to stay in contact with me just shoot me an add on PSN, SocialClub or Skype (as posted above, SocialClub is the same as my PSN), for those on Xbox and I'll be glad to add you also. See you all around and hope to play with some of you soon!
 
What i think we all need to do is learn to go slow and just relax we are on a mountain not Daytona, I dont understand why we were going so fast and tailgating everyone. there should at least be a 1 to 2 car gap in between us. And when we were sitting at the Rendezvous point we were jumping on other peoples cars??? really are we in 3rd grade and i know i was wrong when i took the semi and blew it up but there was no reason to have it there. If yiou cant learn to have patience then this crew just may not be for you.
 
Just like RL it's unfortunate that there's always that one individual or two that essentially ruins everything for everybody else. Although I'm on the xbox side, guys there's no need to leave the group. I think you guys host invite only (neither crew nor friend sessions) so that you only have people who legitimately want to go offroading. I think after being ignored upon several occasions, the immature crowd will take a hint and leave on their own.
 
Personally, I feel that this is just damaged beyond repair, and a hard reset is necessary

Personally, if it were up to me I'd have the hierarchy as following

1% of crew members are Commissioners (Maximum of 3)
5% are Lieutenants (Maximum of 15)
10% are Representatives (Maximum of 30)

I really want to see this crew prevail and ride out this storm of negativity, but I just think it will be a lost cause. I guess I should lower my expectations.

At least now I'll be able to do more stuff in the GTPL crew, even though I never did much in the first place.
 
I'm quitting this crew as well. The maturity levels of some people have fallen through the floor. The majority just want to have a quiet time off-roading and exploring the scenery whilst the minority think it is fine to act like a complete tool.

Some people will just never grow up. I'm done.
 
Kinda disappointing that everyone's leaving because I never got around to going on any of the official meets, but with all the people heckling the crew it looks like it's for the best if you guys aren't enjoying it anymore.
I do hope the crew gets revived at some point in time.
 
Never did a meet, was keen to though, sounds like it was better if I didn't, hate immature people, It was me and a few mates once and I was sitting there yelling at them for hitting me and taking shortcuts, Gosh people just have to ruin the fun.

I think it's best to offroad with close friends, and thats it. Much like the 2 hour Trail we did a few weeks back SDC. We had a great time with the 6 of us. Then your not so close friend ruined it for us, but that was no big matter.

Agreed, that 2 hour trail was heaps of fun, who ruined it? feel free to pm me as I don't remember?

EDIT: Anyway, Team JDMT is going to be my main crew until something changes, with this crew.

My hearts both ways gonna stay connected with of you guys, and to give it second life it has to be rebuilt.

Yea, this turn of events is disappointing. However, there are still 150 crew members with more requesting each day. I'm gonna stay active in this crew, with or without a strong GTP presence involved. I'll be posting new ideas and formats on the Social Club page. 👍
 
Just saw this and it looked interesting, I would love to join your crew. I love offroading. I currently use the Vapid Sandking SWB for offroading, all white with black rims. Im planning on selling some of my other rides to buy a Karin Rebel and a Merryweather Mesa. My PSN is celticsfan245. I requested to join the crew.

I was not included in any of the sites construction or moderation, but from what I can tell the moderators for the separate website have all left. I guess it's up to them what to do with it. We can post ideas and arrange meets on the Social Club crew message board for now. As for this thread, I will continue to follow it and will see what becomes of it.:)

Man it only takes a few bad apples.


Hopefully the mistakes made can be turned into knowledge for others.

My suggestion is to have an open complaint system via PM's. Chart these on a spreadsheet like google docs. Once a memever receives X amount of valid complaints. Kick them out!

Obviously right now things are crazy. For new members to be allowed they need to do a meet and greet type of deal with some of the ranked officials.


I got the ideas. Just no time. Been doing the iRacing thing.

Yes, it was sounding that way, but there are a lot of crew members ready to continue enjoying the Los Santos off-roading experience. I intend to have another meet this Sunday. I really have no trail plan yet, but it's up for discussion if anyone would like to recommend one. Most are still recovering from the $$$ issues Rockstar has had of late, so this week will be "run what ya got". :D

It sounds like future meets are still going to happen, but clearly we are going to need to really crackdown on rules. I think 3 strikes, you get kicked out of the room, and if you get kicked out of a room 3 times, your out of the crew. we really need to enforce this
