I'm still hopeful of a mature crew, and welcome a set of conduct guidelines that everyone must follow.
I'm fine with having a set of guidelines to post and follow. I will not be posting my own set of guidelines for the crew to follow. If the crew can agree and decide on a set of rules that fits our needs, then we will follow them. I am not going to dictate anything in here, we are all mature enough to discuss things and come to an agreement as a crew. If fighting and arguing continues in this thread, eventually a GTP moderator will shut it down and the headache will be gone. I am not angry about any of this, there should not be any angry tone heard from what I'm saying here. I just enjoy this group in general as a whole, and I really see no need for a drastic change. We've had a couple small issues with behavior in the past, but I believe every instance was way over exaggerated by lack of communication or flat out miscommunication. Every bad experience that I've witnessed was a result of someone reacting poorly to something they didn't agree with. If anyone disagrees with another members actions, by all means ask them politely to stop. This is a process that I learned at a very young age, I'm assuming no one here is a stranger to politeness. Any and all ideas are welcomed to be discussed, not argued. I seem to have inherited one of the few high ranking positions of the crew, so this is how the crew will move forward.

Edit: Agent, these comments are not directed specifically at you, I merely quoted you as that seems to be the common statement I'm hearing. 👍

Here is what I think the rules should be. It is a three strike policy. You get three strikes and you get kicked from the room. You get kicked from a room three times, you are out of the crew. I really do fell like if there is even a shred of hope left for this crew to be revived, this needs to be followed. These rules will need to be enforced. And I apologize for any bad language I use in this post. It really sucks when one person can ruin it for everybody and take down an entire crew

-Passive mode WILL be required. If you have a bounty on your head, a group member will take care of it. Please, do not retaliate. Doing so will get you kicked from the room, and crew. No passive mode=1 strike

-Absolutely no helicopters. If you insist on flying to the meet, then calling your mechanic, Please land your helicopter away from the meeting point and traffic. Do not blow it up after use. Strictly enforced. 1 strike

-Try and stay together. I know, some of us will get seperated if we do a steep trail. But do your best to stay in a pack. If you get stuck, let us know. If you do not have a headset, you can assume the person behind you will give you a push (and that's fine).

-Go slow. The trail is not a ******g racetrack. Unless it's a steep uphill trail or crossing a river, then some power will be required. If there is a steep or challenging obstacle, we go one person at a time. Once you get through, you find a good spot and wait until everybody else is through. Strictly enforced. 1 strike.

-We always stop for pictures a few times. Behave yourselves. You are encouraged, however not required to, get out, walk around, admire the view, look at everyone elses cars, eat a snack, smoke a cig, drink some beer, take pictures...whatever. As long as it does not involve guns, weapons, fists, or pushing cars (unless someone is stuck). Misbehaving during a stop on the trail= 1 strike

1-2 Sandking XL lengths behind the person in front of you. 1 strike if you are closer. If you accidentally hit somebody, you say something. If you dont have a mic, honk your horn and back off

-Absolutely no blowing vehicles up. the only exception is after the meet and everybody is just messing around. Strictly enforced. Rampaging during a meet will result in an instant kick from the room and depending on the severity of said rampaging, the crew. If you have stars on you, stay away from the group and call Lester or lose them.

Most importantly, respect each other. If you want to kill and be an a**hole, join a random room. Do not come to a meet to do it. Doing this may result in you being kicked from the crew, permanently.

This is just what I think will need to happen if this crew can be revived. Or at least something similar.

I would like to join your crew if thats cool, I love off-roading. I can't ever find anyone to trail with, and it gets kinda boring as a loner lol. I am curently with the IGN crew for about a month now, and not a single member has joined any of my invites. You guys sound like we are into the same thing. I am a clean and respectful player.

Thank you,
MECHAM_TA

honestly i dont think the crew has much more time. if you do join just enjoy while you can.

That sucks, I'll give it a shot. I hope everything gets smoothed out.

Thanks,

some of us are trying to get it back on track, but most of the moderators have already abandoned the crew. i think Mudd is the only one left with power

I cant find the crew under search. How do I find it? I may be inputting it wrong.

I don't agree with that. The crew is almost 200 members strong. It will take a lot more than this thread to kill it. I've been in contact with several members that are helping to keep the crew growing and improving. Not to mention the Xbox side seems to be growing and thriving very well. WraithofV has been helping by sharing the experiences and any issues he deals with over there, and we've still got a third commissioner helping, he's just been too busy to participate lately but keeping contact. I'd rather not change much of the rank line up just yet, rather wait until everyone's settled back down and we've all got clear heads on the matter. I do have some changes/recommendations in mind though. I think things are coming along well and the crew will continue to grow and just plain have fun. :D

Thanks I got it. I'll be online tonight after work I look forward to meeting the members. I have made a few off-road races also yall might like to try out.
Do you want to come on now? I will have a room open in a few minutes

On the Social Club LS4x4 page I'm asking all members to set the crew 'active' all day on Sunday. The idea being that at any time on Sunday any member should be able to go online and find someone to trail ride with. I would still like to have a planned GTP based event on Sundays as we've been having. I think I've got enough to keep us busy for this coming up Sunday, but I'm gonna need crew help for future meets. If any members are interested in designing trail rides and/or leading the crew trail rides, please speak up.

I will be sticking around with this crew until 🤬 goes down and the entire crew disbands. I still have some hope for this club.

Since I have absolutely no leadership skills at all, I won't be running any meets. But if ones are posted, I'll join them, provided they allow either my Sandking XL or Rebel.

That's about how I feel about it too. I've been enjoying this gaming experience a great deal, and keeping up with the Social Club crew page is easy enough to do from my phone, but arranging GTP meets and leading the trail rides I'm going to need assistance with. For now, I plan on rounding up crew members at the normal time on Sunday just to keep with the pattern. This week I've actually come across a quite fun unmarked trail that I want to show everyone, so we should be good for the moment.

Could you possibly mark the approximate path of this trail out on a map? I would be interested in seeing a few more trails posted for people to follow and try out.

What time is this meet going to be? Any spacific vehicle you have to drive?

@Mudd After my meet today I wanna run my money trail I used creator and made a 10min trail I wanna run it with a couple people to see the outcome of the payout and it is not a race unless we agree before the start.

Also @Mudd the meets could be like expeditions , making our own trails, like how me and you talked about for Sunday

That is exactly what the meets will be, until we find someone interested in choreographing the trail rides. We'll meet somewhere that trucks can play and just find a trail or some rocks from there. This weekend we'll be exploring the southeast shore line of Los Santos. Starting at the S.E. point and heading north along the waters edge. Lots of challenging rocks and deep water. There's even an underground cavern to explore if a watercraft can be found.

Oh my God,why haven't I found you guys earlier.I just love the person that maintains this cause(I saw that this ended some time ago for some time).
As you may guess,I'm new here.Just some quick questions:
1.Are there any specific off-road vehicles that we have to use?I see that most of the people use the Mercenary Mesa.I have nothing against it,I have one too,but it feels kind of weak when I used it on the trail for the top of M.Chilliad(you know,it doesn't have enough speed to go up).
2.If we don't have to use any specific car,which one should I choose-I have a Granger,a Sandking,the sh***y Rocoto and a Merc Mesa,none of them are tuned.
3.I'm +02.00GMT,will that be much of a problem? :c
4.Why are you guys so awesome? c:
Also,if I asked something that was already mentioned,I'm sorry, just not feeling like reading 80+ pages :/
