Anyone gonna run mics this season? Le Mans was boring there was nobody to talk to. I like making jokes and talking about things like lawn chairs and evil spirits while racing at 200mph.

Golfer? BK? Tiss? hockeyman?

Everytime i start talking away on the mic I'd usually make a big mistake, lol.. so stopped talking on it.

My best Le Mans race was the last one where I didn't even have my headset on. Only 1 mistake the whole race - which was the last lap because I was trying tto text and drive. Haha

I also noticed how even though BK had a mic during daytona road, he never actually used it.

Personally having people talk when I'm racing gets distracting. Especially when my parents start yelling random things at me, like "do your laundry" when I had done it the day before. I've been told I'm a good driver, but I'm by no means a consistent driver, so I need to focus to actually do well. Probably due to my lack of experience online, trying to push a car too hard when I shouldn't, and just me cracking under pressure. And I have next to no experience on rain, but that's a different story.

It was actually disabled in my lounge for the last race, but i noticed no difference in race quality as a host i have plenty of bandwidth, slow upload speeds is what is causing the terrible lag most of the time.

Because it doesn't happen to everyone in the room, only some.

I know but if two cars, one affected one not, go the same distance in the same time but it says one did it 10 seconds slower then it is just a timing error, not a game breaking bug

Oh and Drum, when have I not used my headset? Even when Jake is 21 seconds ahead with just 7 laps to go, I kept my headset on, shouting a Jamman what the split between him and Jake was. And then we got to the final straight and wooo!!! passed him just metres before the line.

Would I own that card................. short answer - "no"
i7-2600 is and overclocking monster though ! Easily does over 4.2 GHz on air cooling 👍 ( but not necessary as there is nothing that would make the cpu work hard anyway besides some serious video editing)

if you wait for the bug to be fixed, there wouldn't be a race for the next 10 months.....

its not like its new news because gtplanet put it on the first page, they game has been full of online bugs since day 1.

Because we aren't retarded. This bug isn't new, it's been around for ages and we've managed fine till now, so why should we postpone the series just because now the new bug has become famous.

this bug has been around well before spec II. As BK says just because it made front news doesn't mean its only just come about.

Plus I think we will be waiting forever for it to be fixed, the online is not great because Sony don't provide servers and it costs a fortune to run. That's why Microsoft have better online play/service because people pay for it every month. (I'm not an Xbox fan by the way, so don't turn this into a war.)

It actually has updated with some BF stuff earlier in EU store iirc. A little weird, but my guess is it'll be there tomorrow. Damn the Aventador looks smexy, and so does the Aston. VW not so much :/

The new Jag drives better than the old one, top speed is still slow though. 15kmh slower than the Bentley on the Mulsanne straight. It's really stable though, I think a tune needs to be added for it, I don't do well in that area though. So if anyone else has the new premium Jag and knows how to tune, have at it!
